We were very impressed with their professionalism during the whole project from beginning to end. We were very impressed in the crew on the work and putting in long hours to get the job done in two days which were very windy days. I was impressed with the cleanup during and after the project was done. I was glad that they did not drive their trucks in the grass to move the trailer around. I was expecting to reseed some the grass due to the trailer being moved around. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone needing a roofing needs. Aaron did a great job of overseeing the project and answering all my questions and concerns. Devin went out of his way before, during and after the job was done to make sure everything was in order and ready for the job and following up after to make sure we were satisfied. We found out we there had been a storm while we were out of town, Midwest came out and looked at the roof and did find wind and hail damage. They took all the pictures and marked all the damage and worked with our insurance to get the roof replaced.Once all approvals were done, the replacement was scheduled VERY QUICKLY. The crew arrived at 0630 the day of the replacement and were completely done before 3 pm. We had a significant rain a few days later and there was absolutely no leaks or problems. I worked with Tyler to replace my roof and added some upgrades from Owens Corning. I am retired after 42 years with OC and therefore mostly knew what I wanted. Tyler was very helpful getting me to exactly what I wanted. He was very professional, always on-time and once we signed an agreement my new roof was installed within just a few weeks.The day of the install, they had a supervisor on-site to make sure all of my requests were taken care of and kept me informed with any issues (mostly plywood needing replaced and chiminney issues) and the progress. I had an old TV antenna attached to the chiminney that I wanted to have taken down. They probably would not have needed to, but they took care of that for me anyway. The installers were very freindly and fast. They removed 2 layers of roofing, performed all of the decking repairs and had it all completed in one day.There was a person performing clean up as they worked all day and they ran a magnet around the entire area. We also had new shrubs and bushes installed within the past year and they did not dammage any of them. Tyler also came back in a few days and ran a magnet to pick up any nails or staples they may have missed. I have not seen any evidence of remaining nails, staples or materials since after about 2 months.Very pleased with the work done.
