We were very blessed to experience Justin from Impact Exteriors coming out here to our home and sharing with us about the positive things about solar.He was quick to reach out to his superiors for the answers if he didn't have them, and they were quick to respond.I am also very thankful that every time I have called him, he has been quick to answer the phone ...and it wasn't difficult to get a hold of him.As we're making this decision to figure out what's best for us, he seems to care about what best fits us... instead of what would best benefit himself, or the company. Whether it be something that we do NOW, or something we do later, that kind of customer care is what you remember for a very long time!!One of the things missing in people and business today is integrity. The product is fascinating and we wish we could afford to put it on our home. Justin was very good at explaining everything and we will consider it if we have an increase in our income. Being in our 70s and on fixed income, we have to be careful with what we do. I will recommend this to anyone that is looking for a new roof.

Choosing to work with this company has been one of the worst mistakes of my life! I have been waiting for my solar panels to get energized for almost a year now, and it's been 18 months since I agreed to purchase the panels ( so much for a 6-8 week lead time). Part of the agreement was that they would pay for the monthly payment until the panels are turned on. I have to call them every month in order to get a reimbursement check. They currently owe me for 2 months and no one is responding to my phone calls. I'm so sick of the empty promise and lack of communication.

Gary came and gave us a quote on Roofing, siding, windows and doors. He went on to tell us that he would not the cheapest bid but he promised to do an outstanding job. We got 3 bids and he WAS the cheapest of the three! We probably could have brokered with different companies to get everything done but I really liked that I could have One contactor take care of everything!Everything has been taken care of and exceeded our expectations!! We are very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Impact Exteriors to any of our friends, family or anyone needing work done on their homes!We had a metal roof installed, vinyl siding and double hung windows (26 of them!) 3 Interior doors and 3 storm doors.My house never looks better!

Went through the process of them figuring everything out. Came down to the loan process was all fine and dandy other than they never called me back. So after waiting for about 3 to 4 days I finally called them and found out that I was not qualified. This would not have aggravated me other than the point that they did not call me back.

Unprofessional installers. Not a pleasant experience. Took a week to get shingles off my yard after the tare off. They didn't have a dumpster on site before they started. Installers left roof uncovered with some of the decking removed and left for the day.
