Dave provided excellent customer service! He continually texted and kept in touch with arrival time (unheard of these days) and quickly and efficiently found the problem with my gas fireplace. He was very conscientious about keeping our carpet clean with regards to soot/dust as he worked! Thx Dave!!!

Fireplace insert purchase and installation. We shopped around and found CHC to be competitively priced with a well stocked showroom. The installation was professional and well done. The only downside with our experience was the extremely poor communication. We had to move up the chain to get our concerns addressed.I would gladly recommend them and would do business with again. 👍👍👍👍

We purchased new materials for our deck furniture and we got lots of info and help from the staff person in the store. She directed us to different options in fabric and prices so we could make our decision. When the fabric covering came in, we had MO CARTER, their in house guy do the change over and install the new coverings on our deck furniture. He is a marvel to watch! Did 6 chairs in 2 hours and done perfectly! This is the place you need to go to! one stop, professionals!

Home Concepts has been maintaining our fireplace for several years. One of our FP's is not your standard FP and is very complicated. They have one technician that is great and knows the FP intimately. I ask for him every year. He is very professional and friendly and answers all my questions. Highly recommend Home Concepts..!!

We just finished a complete new fireplace this week. It's beautiful! The entire staff at Complete home Concepts were very knowledgeable, and professional. It changed our entire home over night. They came in one day and did the demo and replaced the firebox. The next day they were able to finish all the stone work. It was a slick process! We would highly recommend CHC! Our next project is an outdoor fire pit. Guess who is getting the job! Thanks to everyone who help on this project!

Everyone was truly wonderful to work with from our salesman Brian, our stone installer James "Jimmy" and Teddy who put in the fireplace insert. They answered our endless questions and seemed truly interested in our satisfaction with our project. Additionally, we went in just to get a fireplace insert but the stone work was so reasonable we decided to add it and so happy we did!

I was in 8/4 in pursuit of a towel rack for a shower door that CHC installed as a sub on my then new home in 1995. One of the big box stores told me that I had to buy the complete door for the parts. Of course, having been such a long time since then, I was sure things were discontinued. I visited CHC & found the exact parts !!! They even cut it to size. Emma took excellent care of me. I recommend this place whole heartedly..I even got to pet the doggie for quite a while !!!

Working with Complete Home Concepts was positive every step of the way. Andy always responded to emails quickly and with all the info I needed. When he came to the house he was friendly, fun to work with and his expertise solved our mirror issues. In the showroom, Kenny was also friendly and great to work with and even when the shop was extremely busy he took the time to answer all questions, provide info and placed my order. Delena’s phone and email contacts were great and again friendly and fun. Jason installed mirrors that were exactly what we wanted in a quick, professional manner and gave them a nice shine in less than 15 minutes. Everyone we encountered were professional and friendly. I recommend them highly!

Dave was absolutely amazing. He switched his schedule around to accommodate our availability to be home. He worked on our fireplace for a significant amount of time until the job was done and did a very thorough job even when the appropriate tools were not available to him, he did not give up. He stayed and completed the job well past office hours. My husband and I were very grateful for him. Highly recommend Dave who has been servicing fireplaces more than 30 years. He deserves five stars for his effort, patience, and job well done. Overall great guy!

Gas Fireplace Cleaning. Our service Technician was Mark, and he was fantastic. We've owned the place for 8 years, and it was about 7-8 when we bought it. In all that time I don't think the unit had been cleaned/maintained/serviced like it should have been. Asked around the neighborhood and someone suggested Complete Home Concepts. Glad that they did, it was about a month+ wait, but worth the time. Mark came in and got straight to work, recognized our unit, and knew exactly what to do and how to help. Dismantled and cleaned all while keeping everything confined to a sheet so nothing else got dirty. He even sealed up some cracks and gaps where cold air was getting in. Made sure everything was clean and looking very nice, and gave me some tips on the operation of the fireplace I had no idea. Very happy customer, will be calling them again to clean the fireplace!!

We had a small gas leak from our insert. Jacob resolved the issue in a very professional and courteous manner. He also went the extra mile by dusting out the insides, cleaning the glass and touching up the black paint on insert cover.

Had a gentleman out to clean gas insert. He cleaned the glass. Maybe tapped the pilot. No vacuum no real service at all. Now when I call I get transferred 3 times to go to service and no one answers. He did offer to replace it for 3500-5000 if I wanted a new one. It works fine why would I replace it? Just clean the darn thing don’t try to rob me blind. Only leaving a review because calling to get assistance was pointless.

I purchased shower doors from this company 7 years ago and had very good results. NOT so much this time. I am writing this review for several reasons, one your sales staff Kenny G. needs to do his homework on the product that he is selling. He told us more than once that the installer could field measure for our shower pan without the old shower being demoed. When the installer did come out to field measure the he was surprised that the shower was not demoed. I explained to him that Kenny the salesman said it was not necessary. Well this causes more work and effort for the installer. The very nice installer, Adan told me that he can cut it in the field so it will fit properly. SO, the salesman does not know what the installer does or how it is done. Having known this we would have had the demo done prior to the field measuring. When we asked Kenny if the installation included attaching the drain pipe, Kenny did not know that answer and to this day has still not called me with the answer?? Sure glad Adan (installer) could answer me when I asked him. In trying to schedule the field measuring my phone number prefix was transposed by the salesman, fortunately I was calling daily and this error was discovered so I was able to get the appointment set. My suggestion to you is have patience if you are purchasing from this salesman/company. The only reason they are getting two stars is, one for Adan (installer) and one is for the nice lady Delilah (not sure if this is right, but close) that I scheduled the installation appointment through.

There was a lot of miscommunication with the consultant from Complete Home Concepts. When he came to assess and measure for the gas fireplace insert, he said that the only work I needed to do was move the gas line inside of the fireplace back about 2 inches so the flame would be closer to the fake logs. Based on their consultants information, I ordered the gas fireplace insert. This was not the case at all. He never disclosed a lot of other work that needed to be done, which was estimated at over $5,000. Obviously I would never have ordered the fireplace or moved forward with this project if I would have known any of this. They eventually processed my refund. Always get a second opinion before purchasing.

Cory came out to check and fix our gas insert. He was prompt. He laid down plastic so floor weren't stained. He fixed the problem and explained what was not working and what he had to replace.Additionally, the service people were so responsive to our concerns. Our previous appointment was cancelled due to weather and they worked hard to schedule us in, before the cold hit HARD! I would recommend this company - hands down - as who to call for a gas insert!

Was initially very excited to visit the showroom and have them install two fireplaces in our new construction. They had a great price and we were excited to get started. We live a couple hours outside of KC but they had no issue with that and told us what our trip charges would be for each visit - they plan two visits, one for initial consultation and another for the installation. After going around and around with the company, they decided they didn't want to make two trips out to our location so we were told to just work with them over the phone to make sure that both of the fireplaces and flues would be in the right location. They were supposed to arrive a week ago - but naturally, the scheduler had them booked too full and they weren't able to come - no show, no call..... Today they came to install and very shortly after arriving they announced they had a problem. The flue wouldn't make the right angle to fit through the hole it needed to go through.... They had to remove the platform and lower the fireplace, therefore removing the ability to have a hearth (seat). I was crushed. They moved on to the upstairs fireplace and suddenly didn't have enough pipe to complete the job. They will now have to make two trips.... ALL of this could have been avoided if the schedulers would have LET THEM VISIT TWICE IN THE FIRST PLACE..... We have been given the run around anytime we called to get information. Overall a very frustrating situation.

Our visit with her and our wishes to her were accomplished with the Gas Fireplace insert she recommended! From the start of the sale to the final installation we couldn't be happier! We did have a few hiccups along the way but how they were handled and resolved gave us more faith and security in the company and their customer values!
