We recently had storm damage to our roof. We called Dale's pretty quickly after the storm and they were here within a half hour. They promptly tarped and secured the roof. We ended up needing a whole new roof. Dale's was here the first thing the next morning to give us an estimate. A week after the insurance approved and we accepted the estimate, the materials were delivered and the roof was finished the next day. The guttering was replaced the following day. Our experience was great. They were prompt and courteous, checking in with us regularly.

We chose Dale's Roofing because when we asked around for recommendations, it was unanimous that Dale's was the best choice. Everyone I spoke with, without exception, were kind, friendly, and professional. Any and all questions I had were answered without an issue. It was very apparent in all our dealings that they really cared about their work and their customers. We expected a wait of several months, and were blown away with the response time we received. Three weeks after our initial contact, our roofs are finished and good to go. I can't speak highly enough about Cody, our job supervisor. He was really determined to keep us apprised of how things were going and sweated the details to make sure the finish was to standard. I really appreciate the efforts of Dale's Roofing, Inc. and highly recommend them not only for the excellent work they perform, but also for their impeccable customer service. 5 stars all the way.

After recent storms in our area and seeing multiple neighbors get new roofs, we called Dale's Roofing, who installed our current roof in 2009 and provided excellent service then, to come out and check our roof for damage. From the first call when I spoke to Mary, the service was outstanding. Jason, the same representative who came out in 2009, came out again to inspect. He then took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns about the type of roofing we have and homeowner's insurance issues and procedures. When he left I felt even more confident that Dale's Roofing is the best in the roofing business! Highly recommended!

Dales Roofing is my go to roofing professionals. Jason our local rep has replace roofs on two rental houses, my personal house and my office building. That's 4 roofs in 3 years. The entire process from bidding, to scheduling, the actual roof replacement and then follow up after the work is done has always been top notch. I highly recommend them!!

Dale's roofing crew did a nice job roofing my detached garage project. The roof was done in about 4 hours. Cory who is working on the fascia and soffit is doing a nice job, and communicates well. Dale's roofing previously roofed my parent's home in Nixa and my Dad liked their work... and he doesn't like anything.

My job inspector, Mark, communicated with me every step of the way throughout the process, took time to explain other issues found during the roofing process (which they fixed for me) and was simply wonderful to deal with. The crew that came to do the roof work were great. Jason, and the girl on the phone from Dale’s were great. The thin kid with black glasses was a bit short on social skills. Definitely shouldn’t be dealing with the public. He had to inform my elderly mother that the job required “way more osb board” than was originally considered. Whose fault is that, the guy looking at the roof for a roofing company job, or an elderly homeowner? Duh 🤣 Not only that, but the job cost was provided by a grant, the owner wasn’t responsible for repair costs. Shouldn’t even be mentioned.

Great job on the new roof so far. They were quick to get the material and crew to the house. Had a few hiccups with shingles, due to cold weather...but my inspector was quick to react and took care of it that day. Communication was great as was the work!

Thanks for Ruining my tires. 4 nails and it not able to be fixed and I had to replace it. Been in construction for 23 years now and I e never done anything like this to people. Thanks for coming me half a days work and $184 for a new tire. ILL NEVER USE DALES ROOFING NEVER.

*(READ!) Excellent work, excellent people to work with! They did two separate job orders for us - our home, and our detached garage. *(READ!) We would have loved to give a 5-star rating, but on our estimate and on BOTH JOBS, they incorrectly billed us for work and materials we DID NOT request or receive. READ YOUR ESTIMATES AND INVOICES before signing or paying for anything. They were polite about it, and they did correct their "mistakes." But it seems a stretch to call it "MISTAKES" when it happens three times in a row. I don't know if it's sloppy bookkeeping or deliberate fraud? Either way, it's NOT GOOD BUSINESS, and they need to do better.

Dales saved the day! My general contractor used a “low-bid” roofer. Since then I have had two major leaks. Dale’s promptly came each time, explained the problem and then performed the repairs. The repairs were effective (no more leaks) and professionally performed. Recently, we had a large tree limb fall on our roof. Jesse( a real Pro), came today and made the repair. It looks like it never happened!Life is too short to deal with bad roofing workmanship. Call Dale’s! You’ll be glad you did!

I had my roof replaced by Dale's recently and couldn't be happier. All communications with Jason the estimator were prompt and informative. When they did the job, someone on the crew made a mistake and it needed to be dealt with. Sammy, my contact, was there within the hour, immediately said they would take care of it, and was on the phone making arrangements to solve the problem. The problem has since been resolved to my satisfaction.On final inspection he dealt with some details that needed to be addressed as well. This is the third roof on my house in 21 years. Both replacements because of hail. The difference between the last roofing company and Dale's is night and day. On final inspection with the last company in 09, they never did deal with some final details.Bottom line, what I see when I work with Dale's is integrity. Something I feel is not nearly as common as it should be, or used to be.They will be my first call for any future roofing needs.Ken S

I really wanted to like Dale’s roofing. They came highly recommended by several friends. I had them come out and inspect my roof since so many of my neighbors were getting new roofs. They indicated that it did not have enough damage to be replaced by insurance and that it could use some new boots on the plumbing vents and some additional work such as replacing a few cracked shingles and sealing up nails that have popped up. I was told it would be good to do this before the rainy season so my roof would not leak. I later signed the agreement and waited for someone to come out. I finally did get a phone call that the gentleman was coming out and he described all the things that were on the work order to be completed. But when he showed up he said he didn’t have most of the materials he needed to do the work. He went up to the roof for a bit and then left. I had to call back and try and figure out what had happened. Turns out he fixed the cracked shingles but not any of the other work. I had to call the office to let them know the job wasn’t done. Another gentleman came out while I was not home and replaced the Plumbing vent boots, actually he ended up just putting new ones over the existing boots and used some sort of white sealant that looked hideous and was used very liberally and looked awful. I called the office back and let them know when they sent out a guy who said he would spray paint them brown so you couldn’t see the awful white blob because the blob could not be removed without removing all of the boots again and starting over. The guy was very professional and courteous. So finally I got all of the work done and was happy after the spray painting and assumed that I was set because I was sold on the idea that if they got up there and did that work it would be ready for the rainy season and my roof would not leak. Unfortunately about six months later my roof began to leak in two spots staining my ceiling. I called out Dale‘s roofing expecting that they would determine what was wrong and fix it without charging me, but that is not what happened. Dale‘s roofing charge me nearly $500 to replace additional shingles that apparently were now leaking. I was fully planning on using Dale‘s roofing to replace my entire roof once I could get that accomplished through insurance but I have now changed my mind. I am probably going to pay them that $500 tomorrow and let them know that it has cost them a customer.Philip Brown

Dale's Roofing showed up on my property without permission to do a roof inspection requested by the Realtor who was told along with Dale's Roofing they had no permission by the homeowner or the homeowners Realtor to do this inspection. Both ignored these instructions and did them anyway. This constitutes tresspassing. I would not deal with either company they are very unethical. The inspection was not authorized, plus nobody came to the Door and announced why they were there or what they were doing. It had nothing to do with the results. The inspection was not authorized. Dale's Roofing was tresspassing without permission. We had already had a roof inspection done by another Roofing Company and submitted it to the Realtor.

Can say I am very happy with them- they got me on the calendar and the gentleman who quoted my work even did a quick tar patch to try and help me out before he handed me the quote for the proper fix. When my roof finally needs replacement I know who I am going to call. Great company. Great people.

We have used Dale's twice. The second time was when we had the latest ice storm. We had tree damage, one 3.5 ft. limb come through the ceiling. We called Dale's and said they would be out. They had about a two hour window between the ice and the snow storm. David came out to patch the roof. He did a great job with no leaks.A second worker came out after things had melted to reinforce the patches. They set things up for two weeks out. They came out today ready to start work at 8:30 am and cleared, had decking down, and had shingles done on the side of the house that was damaged all in three hours. It looks great!Every one we worked with was a pleasure and professional. Hope we don't have to use them for a while but will use Dale's again. Adding to this. We have had a couple of leaks ( Not on the side that Dale's replaced), Fred came out and was very polite and professional. Fixed our leaks in a timely manner. We used Dales back years ago at that time we were in Springfield. Since then we moved to Marionville. Having leakage issues on our house Derek came out to inspect. He informed us that the shingles were good, insulation was blocking the air vents causing the leakage issue.He returned with Jeff to verify his inspection.
