I have made several purchases from them over the past, and always been very satisfied with there company. They have been a great help in the process of my Wind and solar system. Great company to do business with. I've personally visited their huge warehouse in Seymour and they have what you need in stock. Very helpful and willing to help me troubleshoot a fuse issue on a self installed system. I've also ordered on their website and they ship parts fast.

Have one of the Raptor Wind Turbines for a year now. Everything from the actual turbine to the regulator is a high quality product but there is a big fault with the mounting of it.The lower bearing that keeps up the turbine is fine but then the pole just goes straight through the holes on the body and there it's just metal against metal when it turns. After a year there is a noticeable wear on both the pole and body that i notice just by the grinding noise when it turns towards the wind.Sadly this makes the product unusable just by the grinding noise itself.Have tried reaching out to Missouri if the have a solution or some sort of upgrade but no reply.--------Got a reply about 2 months ago that they where going to look it up but noting after that. Looks like a poor design choice without any solutions. Will try an go to a local workshop and see if the can make something that works instead of just throwing it away.

I have had several sets of blades for my Missouri wind turbine. I have purchased 2 sets of the raptor 5 blade sets. Both sets have exploded in high winds and sudden wind direction change. This last set didn't last a year. Looking for pieces..some were 100 yards away of the 2 I found. I'm done with this system. Please send me information on where to send pictures as you do not answer your phone.

Good deal on solar panels, I bought panels that were out of stock but they upgraded me to better panels at no extra cost. I plan to buy all my panels hereWhen it comes to buying solar and wind products you have to be skeptical of bad reviews, solar systems can be difficult to piece together without proper education. People like to blame products and not their ignorance.

This is the 3rd time of using Missouri Wind and Solar because they are second to non for performance, quality and reliability.I ordered a replacement turbine motor and hub from them to replace my 12 year old one previously ordered on Xmas Eve and it arrived at my door in the UK, on an economy FedEx delivery in just 3 days, even over the Xmas period. Fantastic service and quality and the packaging was brilliant.Keep up the good work guys.Highly recommended and superb power outputs from your generators.Customer for life 😉👍

Unfortunately I live too far from the store to visit so I have done all of my transactions online and over the phone. All of the products I have purchased one 1600 w 5 blade wind turbine a seven blade 500 watt turbine and an all-in-one control panel have been excellent so far. Five Stars for Missouri Wind and Solar!Missouri Wind and solar helped supply me with products to create an off grid solar system for a small cabin on our family property in rural southwest Missouri. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience. I bought six large solar panels, a charge controller with PV disconnect, a 3000 watt inverter, a large fuse, shutoff switch, four (210 amp/hr) large batteries, and all the cables needed. My system is now functioning as they described it would, and they were patient and answered the many questions I had as I navigated this project over 5 months with no prior experience. Crystal, David and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and I absolutely recommend them for your wind and solar. Their prices are very competitive and I plan to use them again for future projects. I'll be kicking back, off grid this summer, relaxing in my air conditioned cabin. I bought solar panels, inverters, and mounting system from MW&S. Technical support was excellent. A lot of small parts for mounting and everything needed was accounted for. Shipping did a great job. It required several trips to pick up the materials and they helped load my trailer and figure out how best to distribute the weight. The hardware they are selling is excellent. I'm using Sol-Ark and Pytes and these are well supported and operate flawlessly. You can't go wrong seeking support at MW&S. I worked with Trevor and would recommend him as a knowledgeable and friendly technical advisor.

Incredible service and knowledge. This is the place to shop for DIY wind and solar products. The products are backed up by a team of intelligent technicians that are ready to answer all questions.One year later and I still highly recommend this company. Our turbine was damaged in a storm from flying debris and the blades were bent. I replaced the blades but the PMG was making noise. After sending in the PMG, the technicians found extensive damage that they repaired. The owner, Crystal, authorized the repairs with no cost to me, except shipping and one hour of bench time. What an amazing experience. Thank you!!

Update to previous review. The 1600 watt freedom is up and running now. Very quiet and smooth operation. I still need to get a watt meter on the output but it has been keeping my batteries close to full charge over night which is why I added wind to my solar.

I just checked my email and discovered that my order was being held until I had confirmed that I had entered my shipping info correctly...So I guess I just totally wasted the extra money that I had spent for faster delivery.And for clarification...You delayed my order because of the difference between Farm Road, FM, or Farm To Market Rd...I just thought I would have an easier time, by having my little ol' order shipped to my house. It's a good thing I wasn't trying to get it shipped to the job...

I paid alot of money for a solar and wind setup for a remote cabin that I own. The solar panels seem to be working fine, but I have yet to see any results from the very expensive wind turbine. I have made multiple phone calls trying to resolve the issue and even sent the panel back for inspection. They found nothing wrong and are now sending it back to me. I have provided the tech with video and pics of the install and was told that it was spot on, but it still has yet to charge my batteries. Still trying but getting frustrated.

I moved to Florida last August and the home I bought has a pond in the front yard. When I Moved in the pond was and is still stocked with Bass and Brim. Not to mention the pond was rapidly becoming over stocked with weeds and algae.My grandson and I literally went into the pond to pull out the weeds. What we needed was a way to aerate the water effectively and efficiently. I could not find anything locally and what I found in state was way to expensive. Then I found MWAS.MWAS not only had a Solar powered aerator system but they had it at less than half price of anything I found in state. Not to mention they helped me size my equipment to match my ponds needs. And once I ordered it I got it here in less than 7 days.After receiving my order I read through the instructions and I even called them with a couple of questions all of which they helped me with. I set up my system over a couple of days. I set post (one I already had) on the first day. (I work 24 hour shifts) Then I finished up the installation of the panels and equipment the day after my shift. Once I figure out the best placement on my pole it went together quickly.The end result is our pond is healthier and the fish seem to be thriving, and the water is clearer. You should see the fish go crazy at feeding time.

If you are just starting to learn about renewables, Missouri Wind and Solar has some amazing free resources to help on your journey. they also have a podcast that can be accessed straight from their website.I work with solar equipment every day. I have ordered parts from multiple companies and Missouri Wind and Solar is by far my favorite company to work with. The tools I have purchased from them are the ones I use daily. everytime I have a project or new build, I always check their website before looking anywhere else. their customer service is unmatched, their products just work, and they are located within the u.s. so shipping is super fast.they always treat me with respect and promptly answer questions. however simple or complex your solar, wind, or hydro problem may be, they will work with you. It seems they truly do want you to succeed in your personal renewable goals. I never get the feeling they would allow me to purchase something from them if it wouldn't perform as I hoped. they will help you run the numbers and manage your expectations of what your particular site is capable of.on a more technical note: their skymax lineup of solar charge controllers will recognize and charge 36v which is not a common voltage in backup power, but it is a common voltage among electric bicycles. If you ever wanted a fully electric transport, running 100% from renewables at an affordable price, now is your chance.

The 2000 watt 48 volt water elements are great . I have been Leary for years on other sites but one thing that always stayed with me is the video on YouTube about water heating elements was the best one on YouTube. Explaining the difference between fake and the real deal . I didn't even take a chance I just went ahead and got it threw Missouri wind and solar . This product is exactly what I wanted and works great . Put in a new 50 gallon water heater 1 element to solar panels during the day no battery just power from the sun and a windmill on the other for nighttime wind . Live near Mammoth cave Ky . This is just a preheater. It goes into a heat pump 50 gallon water heater that hardly ever runs . Thanks . David Coates . Ps I love all your videos .

I just recently purchase a 1600W Freedom Wind Turbine kit. I am still in the process of installing this kit, but I bought this because I also have a Midnight Solar Charger. I want both systems to work together in harmony. The midnight is EXCELLENT and I don't think there is another system that compares to it. I runs perfect and powerful for over 2 years now. I know and expect the wind generator will do the same.! Check out my midnight amps, and it even puts out more with the correct sun angle. This solar company is excellent and I trust their products!

very good service, generator works great, i will put them on all my pico hydro turbines, they don't over heat,quality bearing, this is my second and they upgraded them, easier to turn...What you see here is a Kaplan type pico hydro test bench to see if we can generate some power, the tubine is 2.5inchers(64mm) in diameter, we have 22feet of head, 7.3psi, 60Gal/min, with a 185watts output, not much but still good, considering the numbers...we still have 20G/m left in the stream, a 3.125" diameter turbine will bring us up to 365-395watts maybe more... for more info search for "sag lac connection" on FB
