They came out and said there was condensation in the attic. He said there was a water stain on the ceiling from the condensation in the attic. There wasn’t a single drop of water in the entire attic. My son started asking him reasonable questions. He couldn’t answer them. He just lied and when he was called on them he became increasingly angry. He kept saying they had a lifetime warranty and that was a lie. It covers nothing. I have this stuff in my attic from a different company and he said that we needed to replace it because it was not installed properly. He lied about everything from start to finish. Do not trust these guys. This man, John Shanks, didn’t know anything. When he knew he been caught lying, then he became rude with my son. This company is a scam. If you have a product like this already in your attic you don’t need to replace it because it is fine. They are only in it to make money. I would have given them no stars, but you have to give at least one. They scam people out of their money and sleep like a baby a night. Pathetic!!!

Went to the dinner and was very interested in the product for a lake home. I set up the inspection for 8 am.I received a text at 946 the night before (opened after driving 50 minutes to the house) saying he wasn't going to make it because of time between other appointments. I didn't understand since I was the first of the day. Made me wait all day for a later appointment (possibly) at 4 or 5 in the afternoon. Tried to call the person who did the presentation. no response. Tried to call the phone number at the website. No response. Take this review as an eye opener, if you don't get their most expensive product, you WILL NOT get priority service. Very very unprofessional way of doing business.

We are extremely happy with Home Doctors! We went to the presentation and dinner and thought what the heck, we will take a free inspection, no risk right? Well, we are so glad we did! The guys were all great, professional and courteous. Inspection showed we had some serious draft issues which they sealed up after showing us at least 100 photos. We also got a portable air purifier, What a difference! Seriously, my wife has dusted our 2100sf home maybe twice (that's 2 times) since our installation in May. Mom comes to visit and wants to know how we keep the house so clean!! Our electric bill has dropped also considerably.. our July bill was $147.00 !!!!! Thank you so much!

Great family owned company. From John Shanks Jr our salesman to the installation crew: Quentin & Robert who did a fantastic job. We purchased the Solar Attic Vent and heat shielding blanket from Home Doctors LLC. They were installed in our home today.Can’t wait to see the energy savings.This was a better investment than solar panels any day.

We were under Green Energy when we got the blanket insulation and the solar power fan. The dinner was a plus the rep person knew his stuff. The sales person that came out guided us in the right direction and did not try to sell us something we did not need was very grateful. The installers were awesome and friendly, outgoing. They were quick and efficient. Explained everything to my level and the paperwork was done fast and simple. Thank you. The warranty transfer to when you sell your house. The installers were very professionally trained. They knew to look for Mold mildew bugs, rodents. And then they explained that they didn't find any of those.they explained on how they installed it and how much they overlapped it. And if I need to lift it up. The installers arrived on time and installed 2 solar powered roof vents for us. The installation and cleanup took about 2 hours. We also installed some new windows at the end of 2022. The new roof vents and windows have reduced our monthly kWh usage between 25 - 40 % during the hottest months of the year.Service: Fan installation

So, yesterday we were given directions to a restaurant in Beloit to view a presentation on "savings on utility bills" and get a free dinner for two. Needless to say, we show up to a closed restaurant under renovation. A few minutes later we get a call from a female representative of the company who gives us an address nearby. The directions have us going down an alley in downtown Beloit The ex-cop in me is thinking this is a set up. The address given is for a Mexican restaurant that's totally different from the Italian restaurant initially given. She said the other restaurant is sharing space with the Mexican restaurant and other people are driving around looking for the restaurant, too. We walk in and nobody is around. I yell out, "Hello!" No answer. My wife said she thought she saw someone in back. We walk way back to a small room with a U-shaped table with 12-14 people (all seats are taken). They are watching a video about germs. We are greeted by a man apologizing for the directions problem and said he'll get two more seats. Seeing as there is no more spaces to be seated added to the fact other people will probably be arriving all I said was, "There's no room and appears it was overbooked and this situation has been inappropriately managed and very unprofessional. We're leaving." The company is Home Doctors LLC.Stopping at the named restaurant under renovation resulted in only a 30 second delay. NO presentation was stopped because of our arrival plus the room was so small there was NO place to be seated at the table otherwise we would have stayed. Someone overbooked for the 4pm seating or they took people they shouldn't have. Please get you facts straight. The planners for this trainwreck bear full responsibility and that's a huge red flag in dealing with the company. Learn from the experience and move on.

Every one was professional and showed up on time. We purchased the blanket for the attic and a solar attic fan. we noticed a big difference in the heat saving over the winter and keeping the house cooler over the summer. Ver happy with the product. Really great products.

I would really like to have the reflective paint on my home , I wanted the fan and the blanket but I have a modular home and no attic so it won’t work for me,but I can coat my roof with the paint.

Chris and his crew were very thorough, friendly and explained everything very clearly.We especially appreciated the pictures they took in our attic so we could see what they were going to do, such as sealing the insulation around exhaust pipes. The solar attic fans have been a plus to the efficiency of our insulation and solar panels. PureAire is an extra bonus as it clears pollutants and dust through our HVAC system. We especially appreciated working with them to install the PureAire without drilling holes in any walls. Chris walked us through it all and gave us options for payment. Our solar attic fan was installed in 2018, I believe, when this company was known as Green Energy Tech. We had no complaints with the installation or equipment. However, we sold the home in 2020.We were called and asked about our experience. With no complaints, also asked to enter a review via phone call from the "new owners-Home Doctors" (2020) which is possibly all new employees.

The dinner and info was compelling. After speaking to a rep we decided to pursue the technology they offered. And we have been very pleased with the results. Within 6 months, our electric bill decreased 20%. That was averaged in for 12 months so I'm sure next year's review will be even more of a reduction. The upstairs stays cooler too
