Mountaintop was one of the most pleasant dealer experiences I’ve ever had. Brandon is absolutely fantastic. He handled the sales and finance that day and crushed it. They let me take the F150 I was interested in on a test drive within five minutes of getting there. One hour later we were already done with the paperwork and I was putting a deposit to come back later that evening. They worked with me on my trade-in price and had an extremely fair price on the truck I wanted. Brandon explained the warranties and gap insurance perfectly and made me feel extremely comfortable making a purchase from them. Truck is doing fantastic so far and I couldn’t be happier! I will gladly recommend them to family and friends. I’m the third person in my family to buy a vehicle from them. Great place!

I bought a used Jeep here a few weeks ago. Low mileage and in great condition. This was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone there was amazing and helpful. When I walked in all I said was “I really want that Jeep” they immediately pulled out the keys and set me up to test drive it. The whole process was completely stress free!!

We bought a used Ford Escape in August of 2023. Tony was awesome to work with. No pressure in the sales process. Paperwork was quick and easy. By far the best used car experience we have ever had. To top it all off the car had an issue a few days after the warranty period but Tony and Mountain Top fixed it and charged us nothing for the repairs. Since then the car has been great. My wife and I highly recommend them.

Please read!I purchased a 2020 F250 6.7 48k miles. King Ranch from Mountain Top Motor company, the sales team started great. I informed dealership I want a thorough inspection on this truck since I’m buying from Northern California and having the vehicle shipped. I was assured it was going through multiple inspections and will be informed if anything is not-working.After inspections I was assured the vehicle was in great condition with everything working. I brought up the AC system as I work for a utility company and it is common for the AC’s to go out in our fleet trucks. They informed me it is working flawlessly. I was happy and expecting delivery as such. Delivery was scheduled and took 3 weeks which I place 0 blame on the dealership as winter conditions prevented a pickup from happening .As I received the vehicle I noticed numerous discrepancies, initially scratches that I was told were repaired by there detail team which their provided invoice showed. Dealer gave me $100 and called it good. It was not a big deal I pursued this issue no more.Then I start to find critical issues IE: the front camera on the Birds Eye view does not work. It’s blacked in out as the camera is damaged I contacted dealer and was told it worked when it left nothing they can do. As upset as I was I dealt with it, used vehicle maybe it really did mess up when I received it.Then the serious problem occurred THE AC DOES NOT WORK! I made this clear for inspection with documentation validating my concern, I contacted dealership and they AGAIN tell me nothing they can do for me as it was a used vehicle UNACCEPTABLE. You guaranteed this and it does not work! I took it into ford and ford informs me the compressor on the system does not work at all! And there could be metal shavings in the ac system. Repairs ranging best case scenario 2500 to worst case 4600-5000.BUYER BEWARE, if you cannot view your vehicle in person you may run into serious issues and repair cost.Spending almost 60K on their most expensive truck on the lot this is disappointing.If they truly inspected the ac they knew it did not work and sold it to me under the guise it did!

He had amazing follow-through on all of our questions and was proactive with information about the Jeep my son was interested in. While the location was a long drive from our house (we live in the Webster Groves area) the amenities, kind and helpful staff & cool “mountain vibe” at this dealership would have us coming back again. We got a great deal on an awesome Jeep for my son who is heading off for college — we highly recommend!

From the very first conversation on the phone to the signing of the documents, Mountain Top Motors has been phenomenal to work with. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew this was not your typical auto dealership. Everyone there was welcoming, helpful and attentive.They are very transparent and honest in all aspects of their business. I was given a copy of the Carfax, the inspections that were done, and every detail was covered without me having to ask.During closing, which took less than 20 minutes, I was able to purchase an extended contract that covers everything. Now I don’t have to worry about my daughter on the road. I know she will be taking good care of.I have dealt with numerous auto dealerships over six states, and I have never encountered one so honest, transparent, and trustworthy.I have already recommended them to my family and friends. I unfortunately would not recommend. Their communications and customer service was extremely poor in my experience. My wife and I found a vehicle we were very interested with on their website. We sent an online inquiry on a Monday for more information as we planned on going to look at it. We did not hear back from the dealership so we decided we would just drive up there on Saturday and take a look at it (50 min. drive). Unfortunately for us when we arrived we were told that the vehicle was getting some service at the manufacturer dealership and wasn’t on the lot. They had a similar vehicle just a few years older that they allowed us to test drive. We were totally understanding and even said we should have called and checked first but that we are very interested in the vehicle. They said they were hopeful it would be back mid week the following week. We asked for them to contact us when it was in for us to test drive and they said they would. We finally got a follow up email from our initial inquiry later that day after the visit with more info on the vehicle. We then waited until the following Thursday and had not heard anything so we reached out to see if the vehicle was back on the lot. It took over 24 hours for a response but we were told it was still waiting on a part and they were hoping the following week. The next Monday we receive a generic email saying they saw our inquiry and sent more information on the vehicle. I responded saying that I have already been in contact with them and that I was just waiting for the vehicle to be back on the lot and asked if it was. No response so I messaged again the next day and was told that it wasn’t back but they would talk with the service manager and get back to me. No response, never got back to me. I get the same generic email and a voicemail the following Monday about my interest in the vehicle. Again I respond asking if it is back on the lot and low and behold no response. The next day I look online and notice the vehicle is no longer listed in their inventory!!! They sold it. No communication what so ever. I sent another email expressing my disappointment to two employees I have been “in contact” with and still have yet to get a response. Not the proper way to do business. Cars sell I get that but the lack of communication and follow up was absolutely disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend anyone doing business. We were very excited about this vehicle for our family and even had cash down payment ready to go after the test drive.

Would never do business with them again. Bought a truck from them and the check engine light came on after only having for 12 hours. The check engine light has come on for 3 different issues. One they took care of, one we had to pay 500 bucks for them to fix and now it’s on again. The truck is now making a loud knocking noise. They say they do a very thorough inspection but don’t believe that lie like we did. In the first month we had temp tags on they had the truck for over 3 weeks “fixing” the truck. They said they had it inspected but an inspection was from back in November. Inspections are only good for 60 days. It won’t even pass emissions. In the first 45 days of having the truck every time we drive it, it has a new issue. Getting ready to put it back in the shop again for now a lifter issue. They do not communicate when they have your truck to “fix” you have to hound them. Just save yourself some time and go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and check the better business bureau BEFORE you buy. I wish we would have. They sell junk.Update.. Tony reached out wanting to fix the truck. At this point we have lost all trust in their shops competence. We are not letting them put one more finger on our truck. I would rather take it to a shop and get it actually fixed, get a rental, and pay out of pocket, then to give it to them another week or who knows how long this time, with little to no communication. Every time they have “fixed” it, it comes back with another issue that was not an issue before they “fixed” it.Also, pay half and never get a receipt of the parts they “replace” just to find another problem the next day you drive. That has been our experience every time we let them “fix” the truck. We will pay full price at the shop we regularly take our vehicles and get it fixed with regular communication. Thanks but, no thanks, Tony.

Hey Tony! Thanks for the stapler! Me and my lady stopped in to Mountain Top Motors. We browsed the lot and found a vehicle we liked. As we browsed we didn't get harassed by anyone. We decided to take a test drive. Went in to get the keys and it was very laid back. Got the keys for the vehicle very fast. Test drive the car and it went very well. Paperwork was done in a flash. Casey in finance helped us find the best financing for us. All in all a very good experience. O the stapler works great.
