I was in need of a handy man service for an attic ladder installation and luckily Crosby came across my social media around that time. My wife and I, as well as my parents had used them for roofing in the past and we were very happy with the job they did for us. I am completely satisfied with the Job. Communication was easy and clear during the process with very little wait for reply. I even made a mistake and got the wrong attic ladder to be installed and Crosby waited for us to get the right ladder and installed the same day as scheduled. I highly recommend Crosby and my only complaint is I can't give more than 5 Stars on this review.

I had Crosby replace my roofing and siding this past October. When it was completed I trusted that everything that I could not see was completed. I called him because I am selling my house and the new buyers had a home inspection done. There are several areas that need fixed. The inspector stated that it needs to be repaired by someone certified. I called Crosby because he is certified and we are under warranty. Surprisingly enough, he came back and stated that he was not going to honor his work. This is unfortunate please be careful when using him for your home projects. .

From the start Brian was great to work with. We had to order our shingles and he kept us well informed while we waited. They used a larger crew and were able to remove and replace our roof in a single day. The job looks great and his workers did a great job of leaving our driveway and yard just the way they found it. Brian responded very quickly with my email request for a roof inspection. Came out within a few days and had estimate done the next day. Very professional and knowledgeable to help me with any of my needs. Once we had a install date, the crew foreman came out the day before to look at the project on Sunday. Explained to me how he was going to get it roofed in 1 day. I was amazed that they could complete my large roof in one day. Fully cleaned all around my house like they were never there. We used Crosby for a new roof install in April. They did a great job in getting it done in a timely manner & with clean up. No complaints with that. However, at the time of getting the bid on the roof, they were contracted to do some small siding repair. I was told they would come back later. I was patient as I knew roofers were busy. I finally get an email in late June, they would be there that week to finish the siding repair. We got the siding out of storage, so everything was ready for them to complete the work. Unfortunately they didn't show. I gave them 2.5 weeks to show or call. No communication from them at all. I eventually contacted them. I was told "Yes I planning on coming by and the job we were working on took a lot longer than expected and I had to move to the next job because they knew that we were coming and going on vacation". Some form of communication would be nice. I told them, I'm moving on. The siding went back into storage. To summarize..Did a great job on the roof but if you have a small job that he committed too he seems to lose interest along with communication skills.Service: Roof installation

We asked Crosby Home Improvement to submit a bid, along with a couple other companies, for a roofing estimate. They came back quickly with a bid than included the cost for shingles as well as a metal roof. We accepted their bid and they showed up when they said, had put on our new metal roof in just two days. They cleaned up everything and aside from our new roof, you couldn't tell they'd ever been there. We received our bill for the exact amount quoted. Very easy to work with & highly recommended!!

They replaced our roof a few years before doing our porch. We were so satisfied with the roof that we contracted Brian to do our front porch. His workmanship and work ethics were perfection.
