Dealing with Matt from Emmendorfer exteriors was a real pleasure! He was very kind, courteous, and understanding of our situation! His years of experience was obvious in how he handled all of the details from start to finish! Besides the details of just putting on a roof, he was involved with the insurance adjusters, was there waiting with me multiple times for their arrival, dealt professionally with the adjuster, worked with the buyer of our house to satisfy their desires, worked hand-in-hand with our realtor, did NOT request “UPFRONT” Money, was able to wait for payment upon the closing of the house, Completed everything as he said, he would, and always answered when I called or called me back within minutes! I would refer him and his staff unhesitantly! We not only found our exterior experts… We also found a friend!
