We had several roofing companies give us bids to do our roof.Alex came and didn't try to "sell" us a roof. He inspected on the roof, not from the yard! He was honestly the only roofer who helped us with the insurance company. Honest, hard working, experience and expert at his career. His employees are top notch also. Garret and his crew were wonderful! I feel like we made friends, not just workers on our house. Best in the business!

We were very pleased with RC Roofing. It was difficult to get a response from roofing companies (for our issues), but Alex at RC Roofing quickly responded and assessed our problems. He was open about what alternatives and the costs would be for us. I appreciated it that he took the time to explain the details. His estimated time for replacement was spot on. His team of employees were extremely hard working and professional. They worked just as hard with the cleanup. We are very satisfied with our new roof. I would like to take a moment to thank Alex and his crew for an amazing and professional job on my roof shingle tear off and replace. Before they even started on the job I was assured by Alex that if I had any questions or concerns to not hesitate to reach out. Needless to say; I called a few times. RC Roofing did a very professional job all the way around while installing our new roof! From the start, stripping the old shingles off and protecting our landscaping, to the final finishing touches. Before we purchased our home, we had Alex come out and do an inspection. He was able to identify several issues with the roof which was concerning, but we are glad we knew about it ahead of time. We were able to negotiate with the seller to give us a credit for the roof. Once we purchased the house, we had the entire roof replaced. We also had the gutters replaced as well. We are so happy with the work that Alex did for us. We will recommend to everyone that has issues with their roof

We had several bids on our roof. Alex was not the least expensive, but was not far off. His personality was great, he was very professional, and very quick to respond to questions. There were a few small issues that he addressed promptly and professionally too. He was very easy to communicate with and did not seem to be bothered by all of our questions. Alex also followed up with us just to make sure we didn't have any other questions once the job was complete. He is on my list of contractors to call when we have an issue and one of our top recommended contractors!

Such a personal experience with Alex the roofing guy! I had no idea my roof was damaged. Alex took time away from his walk with his family on a Sunday of all days to knock on my door to introduce himself and his business, because he noticed some areas on my roof that appeared to be damaged. He honestly seemed concerned about my(a strangers) roof and eager to check it out. I took a chance. Alex was back the next day himself on my roof. He explained each picture he took and all of my options. There was no pressure to “fix” anything, because honestly if Alex would not have knocked on my door that Sunday I would have had no idea. RC Roofing did a great job on our roof and gutters. They were to locate the damaged areas(roof, gutters, down spouts, and skylights). They worked with the insurance company and made the end consumer experience effortless. They also installed/replaced the skylights with new solar powered units with remote shades. So very nice!
