Everything started out well. Timely written bid, competitive price, flexibility. Then the estimator shorted the amount of shingles and turned it into a multi-day job. The foreman was asked to remove the stove pipe penetration from the garage, but didn't. I had to purchase and install a cap for the pipe. The contractor bid the replacement of any damaged sheathing/boards (at additional cost). We knew this would be an issue on the covered porch. Several boards were replaced, but one severely damaged board was completely missed. The contractor was given several opportunities to remedy the situation over three months with repeated messages. Still not fixed as of 11/17/23.UPDATE 12/12/23: The bad boards seen in the photos have been repaired, so I updated the number of stars.

Complete disbelief at how smoothly this all went. I had a challenging roof(1894) and Shingle Tech knocked it out of the park!!! From the estimate to completion!!! Nic and his team did a great job on a roof repair at my house. I had a leak appearing on my bathroom ceiling. When I opened the ceiling up Nic climbed on the roof and traced the problem almost immediately! He patched it up good enough until the team had time to come do a proper repair. A few days later they replaced the section of roof and they did such a good job cleaning up I couldn't even tell they had been there. Nic is top notch, and honest. Nic and staff just finished putting a beautiful roof on my house in Union. The guys were prompt, very professional and friendly. They were a pleasure to have at our home. Our home is an old farm house with many add ons, so lots of peaks and valleys on the roof. Nic made sure he was promoting the most efficient circulation in the parts of our attic which aren't readily accesable. They did a top notch job! Owens Corning black onyx was our choice and it has really dressed our house up. Would definately hire Nic again!
