SKYLAR Construction/Shane Maxwell, installed a new "LeafFilter" gutter protection system & new six inch gutters on our home in Columbia, MO, July 2021. During these installations, Mr. Maxwell noted hail damage to our roof, air filters, & flashing. After receiving several bids for re-roofing our home, we decided to have Shane/SKYLAR do the work, principally based on Shane's LeafFilter experience, his Owens-Corning (O/C) "Certification" & price. He was also very knowledgeable on re-roofing our home, while protecting our new "LeafFilter" system & gutters, & he "Guaranteed" replacement of those that might be damaged during the re-roofing process. We chose to have the O/C Duration Storm shingles installed. Our home is two story with a very steep pitch, therefore, the work required significant experience, expertise, & skill. Shane & his crew performed this work Oct. 18th week, 2021, & did so in a "Very Professional" manner! They answered ALL of our questions & concerns, the trash was cleaned from our yard daily, & care was taken not to damage our flower beds & shrubbery, our "LeafFilter" system, & our new gutters. Our new "LeafFilter" system, gutters, & O/C Storm roof in the Driftwood color really enhances the appearance of our home!
