I called Dovetail Seamless Raingutter in the dead of winter with lots of snow and ice on my roof, way below temperatures and heat cable that was not working. They were not the original installer of the heat cable, but Scott at Dovetail knew right away what the problem was. He came out the next morning, installed a new controller for the plug. His quick response was very much appreciated. I will definitely have Dovetail back out this summer to add more line to my existing heat cable system. Thank you Scott for your help.

Dovetail has cleaned condo association gutters for me, duplexes to multi-building complexes. They are professional, on time and really great at solving problems. I’m not very impressed with their service.They quoted me a price to fix one gutter on my house and a corner piece that ran down the side of our garage.When they showed up I had to pay them right then before they began the work and then told me they wouldn’t fix the corner because they didn’t do that kind of work.When I called and asked for a quote they said they could fix it,I wouldn’t have gone with them if they hadn’t been able to fix both the gutter and the corner piece because I needed both fixed not just the gutter! They then said I could call and talk with the owner,who was the guys dad about it. So I called the next day and talked to the dad and said I would pay to have them fix it.He said he would get back to me.He never did,so I called a couple of months later and talked to the owner AGAIN and he said he was busy,had forgotten about me but that he would call me this winter and we would get it fixed.Well that was in October and it’s now February and I haven’t heard a word from him! They DONT keep their word and I am very upset at stringing me along.I WONT ever do business with them again and suggest you find a different company to fix your gutters as they are liars!
