Worked with Luis to consolidate my auto, condo, and snowmobile insurance all under one roof. Happy to have done so because now what used to be a bunch of disparate insurance policies are now all stored in one place. Luis really helped by reviewing my condo owners association’s insurance documents to confirm we had a “walls out” policy so I could make an informed decision on my personal condo policy and not double cover something the COA already did. We purchased automobile, motorhome, rental property, and homeowners insurance from another insurance agency for over 30 years. We learned when switching our homeowner policy that the company was going to drop our rental properties policy. We contacted Larry Bitterman Agency initially just to get price quotes I was impressed with the professionalism going “beyond the call of duty” by Sales Representative Luis Molina Consequently, we transferred all of our insurance needs for better quality and lesser premium on some of our policies.
