We had a hail damage on the roof on both my residence and a rental house. Cesar Arevalo, who is a roof restoration specialist, came out to inspect and write report so quickly. He also met with the adjuster to point out that any missed out on the damages. Their employees were quick, respectful, and hard working people. They did great job on both of my roof, and a roof replacement was completed in one day. Communication was also friendly, easy and quick responding. I am very happy with their work and would love to recommend to anyone who needs roof restoration. Thank you to Sureroof crew!!!

We loved working with Lobo Construction and Cesar! We were in the middle of selling our house and ran into some roof issues. We called Lobo and they quickly worked with our insurance company and got the job done. Cesar was friendly, reliable, and on time. When we eventually got a buyer for our house they had another roofing company come and check Lobos work - they said it looked awesome and couldn’t find anything wrong. They were super friendly and easy to talk to, and they really listened to what I wanted. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the work and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Our experience with Lobo was not great from the very beginning. It was over 8 months ago when we first contacted Lobo to do a siding job on our house we're now sitting in the dead of winter with no siding after being forced to walk away from them. Despite many affirmations from the owner Marco that he would be sure we are satisfied, his lack of communication and care was incredible. Do not do business with them.

I can't say enough good things about Lobo construction. Everyone that we dealt with was very professional understanding and willing to explain to us the process of roofing. Our house and they also did new siding on our house with hardie board siding. I've had several people besides my wife and I look at it and they all tell us how great it looks. The best thing about them is the fact that if you called them 99% of the time they answer their phone and if they don't answer their phone they call you back as soon as they possibly can. We've been through 4 new roofs on our home due to hail damage, and each time we prepare for a long days of noisy pounding and then major cleanup (shingle pieces, wrappers, nails) for several days after. Marco's crew at Lobo were a GREAT experience: great communication (Marco and Dora), fast (less than 2 days) and tidy. Amazing work, guys! We hired our granddaughter to pick up nails, but she couldn’t find any. So I had to sprinkle some by the shed for her to find, like Easter eggs! Lobo Construction was recommended by a neighbor. Cesar and Marco did a great job throughout the entire process! They were quick to respond, came out to inspect the roof within days, provided guidance in navigating the home insurance claims process, worked with the City of Bozeman to ensure the permitting process (obtaining the permit, dry-in check, final check), and their crew got the work done super quickly (3 days from start to finish to replace a roof!). All documents are available to be signed and viewed electronically. Will be recommending Lobo Construction to others!

My experience with Lobo Construction.PRESALEI met Marco walking our dogs. He was working a job, asked where I lived, and said that there's a chance that we'd have roof damage. He sent Cesar to do an analysis. Cesar found damage, documented it, and provided information so that I could file a claim.After the claim was filed, State Farm sent the adjuster to inspect the house. Cesar was there to answer questions and was on the roof with the inspector during the inspection.New roof was approved. Lobo did 100% of the communication with the insurance company after the claim was filed.REPAIR.Cesar kept in constant communication when the roof work would start, if any issues arose, and when the roof work would be complete. They were very careful to not damage anything around the house (plants, etc.) and they cleaned up perfectly.Roof looks great. Complete tear-off, new underlayment, eave membranes, valleys, and vent covers.My neighbors saw the work, the premium materials, and efficacy with which the roof was replaced. As a result, Lobo is doing five other roofs in our neighborhood.FOLLOWUPOn 07 July 2020, we had a hailstorm. (Of course.) Marco and Cesar wanted to know that the materials that Lobo uses performs as expected.Malarkey, who manufactured the shingles, was contacted and an arrangement was made to visit the house. Lobo doesn't want to install sub-standard materials which would leave their customers in a bind.Cesar and Matt from Malarkey went on the roof, did a thorough inspection, and noted that the shingles and roofing installation performed well, with no damage. (I was provided a copy of the report including photos for complete documentation.)The vent covers were dented (showing the severity of the storm), and the gutters had minor denting, but that doesn't affect their performance or the performance of the roof in any way.BOTTOM LINELobo took care of everything - working with the insurance company, maintaining good communication, performing excellent work, and following up to ensure the roof performs as it should. I've recommended Lobo to neighbors and friends, and they are as pleased with the work of Lobo as I am.
