Damaged my house and refused to pay, took 6 months to do the job finishing in December after snow had fallen, tried to raise the price and stopped work to try and make me pay more, left their broken lift in front of the house for 5 weeks stopping my painting contractor, made me finish many details, let water pour into my house 4 times, tried to put a bogus lien on my house. NEVER use these guys.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

UPDATE (2019) It has been two years since Lifetime Roofs completed my metal roof. Despite some silly issues in the beginning with the contractor, it turns out the roof performs well. No leaks or major issues were encountered.ORIGINAL REVIEW (2017): Lifetime Roofs replaced my asphalt roof with a metal roof in September 2017. In November 2017 there was one heavy snowfall and by the end of November it all melted away. The gutters are now heavily sagging and the winter hasn't even begun. I didn't have saggy gutters like this with the old asphalt roof even after multiple winters. Clearly not enough brackets and/or not the right brackets were used with the gutter when the switch was made to a metal roof. To fix the gutters now with additional brackets I will have to drill through the drip edge.

Just a heads up... for anyone looking for a contractor... DO NOT hire Joe Lynch lifetime roofing!! I made the mistake of doing so... $30000 later and I'm screwed... I still need to put out more $, he has refused to complete work that was already part of original bid! Communication is horrible, work not completed at industry standards!! Has completely taken advantage of a single widowed woman!! Despicable!! Shame on you!!

Lifetime Roofs is not a registered contractor! Lynch is not insured, bonded, etc. The employees are not covered by Work Comp and are, in fact, paid 'under the table'. This can be verified by contacting the MT Dept. of Labor and Industry. BEWARE!!

The boss did not communicate with the workers, so the work was not done the way we had discussed. They "made it right," but not the best quality service or work.
