We had Better Than Logs siding installed 5 years ago. After 2 years, the siding began to chip/chunk out in areas, crack and stain peeling off. We have called and emailed them for the past 3 years to get the repairs done. They continue to promise the repairs will be taken care of, but they are doing nothing about it. I think Jon Perry is a lying con artist and should be put in prison for all the people he has scammed. Don't buy this product, save yourself allot of grief!

Very satisfied with our new Concrete Log Siding. Great product, a great company to work with. We feel like we have moved into a new home and didn't have to pack to move :) Jon Perry is a great guy to work with was always available to answer questions about our Logs, personal customer is always the best!!! Our job site is near Monrovia, IN

I believe this company has closed their doors and filed bankruptcy. They have conned many people and have lied to most of us. We feel we will never receive our complete order or refund and apparently lifetime warranty is a mute point if company is defunct.
