I have so many good memories of working for Jackson Contractor Group to recount them all. What I will tell you is that they treat everyone labor worker to upper management with the utmost respect and kindness. Something you don't see in construction. Just ask me and I'll tell ya. Working in the industry you see a lot of people treated poorly at best. This company will do anything for the customer or employee with a smile and a promise. They are willing to train anyone who shows interest in growing, and they encourage it. They truly care about their employees unlike anything I've experienced. And I've been in the industry 13 years. Rylan, Paul, Chris, Kody, Nancy, and the rest of the team, I salute you, and Jackson Contractor Group, and thank you for the experience and privilege working for, and with you all 🥂

Employees extremely unprofessional while wearing company logo wear. Employee got into an aggressive verbal altercation inside of a restaurant with 3 high school aged students and made multiple physical treats at customers. Employee should be fired immediately for representing the company in such a negative manner in front of 50 or so other customers.

I absolutely thought they were a joke! They are so unprofessional. They don't take there employees seriously... It's about the bigger better buck... And from experience they waste your time. If you don't bleed Jackson your not it. If you work for them make sure everything that you need lined up before starting is taken care of because they are impatient. They just assume lay you off and find some one else to fill your spot. Also don't try to get ahold of them because they won't bother to return your calls. So unprofessional it's unreal.
