This resort is beautiful and in a fantastically convenient location for exploring Yellowstone National Park. One of the coolest parts about this resort is that it’s right next to a wolf sanctuary so we could hear them howling every morning and at dusk which was so amazing to hear! The rooms are very clean and well furnished and there is an excellent indoor pool area with multiple hot tubs. However, our room was not initially ready despite arriving after the stated check in time and we had perishable groceries in the car for our trip so that was annoying but not unsalvageable considering they offered to put them in another fridge until the room was ready. Also, the rooms were way warmer than they needed to be and the AC units didn’t seem to actually impact the temperature. Luckily leaving the balcony door open and turning on the ceiling fans kept things at a livable temperature. My only other complaint for the rooms is that the floors/ceilings had minimal, if any, sound proofing and the room above us had children so it sounded like someone with iron boots was stomping above us at all hours until they finally went to bed.Rooms: The rooms were very lovely and I’m sure it would’ve been with different neighbors and a better climate, but our individual experience had rough patches. The AC units do not seem to actually do anything to change the room temperature so you’re pretty much at the mercy of whatever the overall hotel is set to unless you open the patio doors and/or windows. There’s also minimal sound proofing between floors so if you’re unlucky enough to have kids above you won’t be able to hear yourself think.Nearby activities: The resort is right across from an amazing not-for-profit wolf and bear rescue center, you can even hear the wolves howling in the morning and evening which is super cool! There’s also plenty of souvenir shops and restaurants and bars in the nearby town, as well as an imax theater and a ropes course that’s open when it’s warmer. Obviously the main nearby attraction though is that the western entrance to Yellowstone National Park is literally 10 minutes away which puts you close to Old Faithful.Safety: All rooms are accessible only with your coded wristbands, and the resort doors also lock and require wristbands access at late hours.Walkability: The resort itself is very flat and walkable and there are elevators if you’re on higher floors. The surrounding area however is mountainous so the standard challenges that come with that are present.Food & drinks: The resort has a very small convenience store with some snacks but otherwise no food is available on site. Luckily the surrounding town has plenty of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.

Great place to stay in West Yellowstone. Rooms are quiet, spacious and very well kept. Lots of games and activities available on property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Indoor pool and hot tub was perfect after long days in the park or snowmobiling.WIFI does cost to use, but we had no issues using our phone data.

I wish I could tell you how this hotel was.But the reality is that they cancelled my reservation on the morning of my arrival, of a 4 day stay, on Presidents Day weekend. (!)By email. No call. No explanation. They simply told me to call someone else and find somewhere to stay.As you can see from the many other poor reviews, it appears like it is standard practice for the management of this hotel to overbook with prepaid bookings, and then cancel the longer bookings for newer higher priced ones, ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL. In the industry, we call this false advertising. They will now reply with a standard message asking me to call to “hear about my experience”, but will then proceed to blame someone else. They were nice enough to tell me that I would pay no cancellation fee.W in T actual F.

Clean facility, cozy units, and friendly staff. Pool and hot tub areas were very clean. The rooms are well kept, very minor wear inside the units but nothing major or concerning.Rooms: We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath and it was plant of space and well kept. Patio and patio furniture. Gas fireplace as well as new mini split heat pumps in living room and bedrooms.Nearby activities: Lots of winter and summer activities. Yellowstone national park has summer and winter fun with snow tours. 1. 5 hours from big sky ski resort and 2.5 hours from Jackson hole ski resort. Lots of snowmobiling and water rafting. Fishing nearby.Safety: Very safe. All the locals and guests were kind and safe.Walkability: 1 block from town. Town itself is very walkable.Food & drinks: We enjoyed all of the local diners and pubs nearby. The food was phenomenal and affordable.

DON'T EVERY STAY HERE! We booked a room 6 weeks in advance and paid for it in full. The morning of our reservation, as we were driving to West Yellowstone, we received an email saying our reservation had been canceled. The staff at WorldMark were incredibly unhelpful. If you want certainty that your reservation will be honored, don't book here. Find another place in town.

We didn't actually get to stay here but I wanted to commend them for their customer service. My brother had a medical emergency the day we were supposed to arrive and were unable to go on this trip. Chris tried to assist me with cancelling the reservation despite it being outside of the 72 hour window for cancelation. Extra Holidays, Wyndham and Wyndham Rewards customer service reps were not as nearly helpful. We will plan on going to West Yellowstone at some point and will most likely choose WorldMark due to the excellent customer service.

The location is great, with instant access to Yellowstone National Park, all the local restaurants and the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery center right across the street. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo. Great ambience with the fireplace, lots of space, in unit laundry, very comfortable bed and the first hotel I've ever stayed at that had fan in the room!! We went at the perfect time, in Oct-Nov, and were able to have peace and quiet. The only thing I would have liked more was the ability to stream television, or have more options for channels. We can't wait to go back again!

Very nice accomadations we stayed at to ski at Big Sky Resort. The accomadations in Big Sky were through the roof, so we drove from West Yellowstone to Big Sky which is only 48 miles. The room was very nice , big , had everything we needed including washer and dryer. Beautiful deck you could sit out of it was summer. A big swimming pool and two jetted hot tubs. Staff was very friendly and even gave suggestions of grocery stores, places to eat with a map. Fun things to do there if you have kids, movies , crafts. Highly reccomend.

Great location next to the wolf center, so you can hear the wolves howl at night. The rooms are huge and comfortable. They have a complete kitchen, dinning room, living room and separate bedroom. There is also a washing drying machine. The downside is thst wifi and breakfast are not included. Wifi is like $15 for 10 days or $5 for one day.The indoor pool area is great. The pool is warm and the hot tubs are awesome.Food & drinks: Breakfast is not included. There is no restaurant in the hotel.

Most hotels offer free wifi and a continental breakfast. WorldMark does not offer this. There were no trash containers in the bathrooms. No ice machines were available. Our fridge was old and we had to make our own ice 6 cubes at a time. We did have a kitchen and separate bedrooms that was nice but on our next visit I think I will shop around.

The amenities are great! Warm pool, 2 hot tubs, game room (ping pong, foosball, toddler toys, xbox, games), exercise room (weights, all-in-one trainer, elliptical, treadmills & kids room in the gym) & movie rentals. Location is perfect with fun things to do, location to town, great restaurants and shops and Yellowstone entrance.Rooms are well appointed and very clean! Super family friendly! If you are not snowmobiling, and like to sleep in good luck! The sledders startup their snowmobiles at 6:00 AM and rev them through town. Loud and annoying!Wifi costs $15 for 2 devices for 10 days.

Had some issues, talked to the manager about them, level of resort not what i expected or previously experienced.Loved the chromecast functionality of the rooms.Pool time was a blast.Rooms: Large and spacious, in-room laundry great. There is plenty of outdoor deck/patio space when it's not -5F.Met our needs for 5 people.Nearby activities: We love going before the park opens. the only downside is 95% of businesses are not open.I found a few shops, and the cradleboard had a lot of nice items my three kids loved.Food & drinks: Old town cafe had one of the biggest club sandwiches i have ever had plus awesome service (only issue - credit cards add 3% to bill)

We really loved our stay here. It was beautiful, across from the Grizzly/Wolf discovery center. Our room was one of the renovated ones and looked new inside. I am picky with hotel beds and this one was amazing. I like to have multiple pillows and this bed had 6! The game room was great, the pool is nice and they have sport courts and puzzles/games to borrow and many movies and xbox games. I was so very pleased we chose to stay here.

Clean and spacious accommodations. Only recommendation is that they provide continental breakfast but you do have a full kitchen to make you're own. 5 minutes from yellowstone and easily walk into the main shopping area. Right across the street from the wolf and grizzly rescue center so sometimes you can hear the wolves howling! Pool and grill area available, plenty of space for kids to run around. We have a 1 bedroom with a king bed and it even had a Murphy bed in the living room closet! 5 stars for sureWalkability: Easily walk into town for shopping or foodFood & drinks: Does not have continental breakfast but has a full kitchen in the suite

CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARDS!!!! They charged me twice. The booking agency (Windham) charged me, then the hotel (Windham) charged me again when I checked out, even though the original charge went through 5 days earlier. When I called, they said they charged me because they (Windham) never got the payment from the booking agency (again...Windham). Not to mention that nobody ever told me they didn't receive the payment when I checked in. Instead, I just spent 2 hours calling the booking agency, who said I have to call the hotel directly, who said I have to talk to the booking agency. Called them again, and they said they had to transfer me to someone else who finally took care of it and refunded my card, which I'll probably get back in 7-10 business days, though they took it in about 30 seconds...TWICE.Also, it's a Windham hotel, but they had no way to use my Windham rewards points, and they wouldn't give me any points for my stay because they (a Windham hotel) don't have access to the (Windham) rewards points system. Then I called Windham, and they said I need to get a receipt from the hotel and send it to them. When I checked out, they said they (again...Windham) don't give receipts, I have to get it from the booking agency (Windham), even though they charged me a 2nd time.

This is a huge luxury resort hands down the best one I have been in. It has everything you could ever desire at your fingertips. They even have movies, games, & puzzles, The rooms are large & comfy. The kitchen is very nice. The spa area is amazing with a large pool, a kids pool, 2 hot tubs (the cleanest I have ever been in), chairs & lounge chairs. There are bar-b- que grills & tables right outside the doors on either side of the spa. On one side of the spa there are tennis courts, volleyball courts etc. the other side has a kids playground. It is clean & beautiful. There are many areas to relax & play in; work out gym, play room with ping pong & foosball, a lounge, the main room is absolutely delightful & charming.Nearby activities: Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center is right across the street. It is a nice not-for-profit wildlife park. It is a clean & quiet informative place well worth the donation to visit.Safety: This is a huge Resort but it is quiet & safe. There are plenty of employees on duty ready to serve & meet your needs.Walkability: Resort is within walking distance of downtown, grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, movie theater & visitors center. The walk is on nice paved sidewalks.

We visited in the end of July and our unit had no AC. The room had been closed up and was extremely stuffy with no way to cool it off. Fortunately on our second night we had some weather come through and we were able to open up the windows and cool the place off. Otherwise we were dodging refrigerators in the elevators as there was a lot of construction going on. Once they finish their renovations I'm pretty sure this review would be 5 stars.

Excellent service. Amazing location. We really enjoyed our stay here.I've been to many Worldmark resorts and this one was nice, but not the nicest. The room was very clean and well cared for. The big thing that I missed was a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms had tubs that needed to be stepped into. Other than that everything was great.

I book this through VRBO from a timeshare owner and should have been known better. We booked two weeks with 3 bedroom and paid over $6k. Was told the units were being upgraded to include AC. When we checked in we were given a room overlooking the front desk parking area, next to an elevator and across from the trash room. We asked for another location and we told tough luck. Asked to speak to a manager and was told he wasn’t there and would call me. Never received a call! Then from the time I booked, which was a year out, until the time I stayed the hotel decided not to install AC due to cost (employee told me this). We were never given a heads up nor offered a discount. And while not needed all the time, the days and nights get hot. And you can’t open the windows all the way due to ‘safety issue’ and no screen on the porch door. Lastly, the water heater wasn’t upgraded so we had to space out showers, dishwasher and laundry use if we all wanted hot showers.Rooms: Renovated but only very basic.Nearby activities: Convenient location to the west gate of YellowstoneFood & drinks: No restaurants on siteNoteworthy details: Internet was awful. Not fiber optic, lots of downtime and got slow in the evenings

A few small things would made visit better like hot tubs working. The whole lodge is luxurious though. These condos are beautiful, modern and spacious. We were so comfortable in this our room. They provide all utensils and cookware and dishware you need to make meals. I would make sure if you splurge on a condo one or two bedroom, you give yourself at least three full days here.
