Kristen is fantastic! She really went out of her way to accommodate me out of state. I found one of their auctions on hibid and reached out because some auctioneers try to get you on shipping- not these guys! She went out of her way to get me the info I needed and assisted me in shipping the item safely at a fair and honest price. These guys are a real gem to find in the auction world and definitely went the extra mile to assist me- I will use them from now on and recommend them confidently to anybody!

Awesome real estate agency! After one call and a voice message Alecia called me back and arranged to meet at a house she was listing. Her knowledge of the property was amazing. The house was exactly what I wanted and Alecia took immediate action to submit an offer for us. She is everything a real estate agent should be, unlike other companies in the area who wouldn't even return our calls. If you want action, call Alecia!

Working with Kristen Kraupie was extremely frustrating. Kristen would not commit to an auction date until the last minute. Once she did give us a date, we were told to take it or leave it. She was slow to return emails and phone calls and was annoyed when I continued to call after not receiving a call back. I felt like our on-line estate auction was a major inconvenience. I have never worked so hard to give a company my business.
