The crew that did my roof drove over 2 hours to get to my place. They arrived before 7am and got started. I was already at work, so I don't know exactly the time. I'm sure they had to stop several times during the day due to rain. I got off work around 530, and they were still working on the house. Around 930 p.m., they finished. The estimated cost was to be under $9,000, but the final invoice is close to $12,000.

I appreciate this company very much!!Eric was awesome to work with. When the crew started working on our roof, their was some unexpected damage.Eric showed me the damages. I said that I would contact the insurance company. Eric advised me that he would. WOW!! We had Tyler with A&A Roofing come out to give us a quote for siding, gutters, fascia and soffit and never heard back. We called and emailed and were told by the receptionist that he would be getting back with us right away with our quote but never did. Nobody from the company contacted us with any update or quote.This is a clear sign of how they run their business. If they can't follow through with communication then they're not reliable and more than. likely would be the same or worse had they secured the job.I would not recommend this business to anyone due to these reasons.

Selling my home so I called for an estimate but couldn't use services due to being out of range. Raymond took the time to not only ask me how I'm doing and how my day was but to also look up in Google to help me find a couple places near me that could help. Told him I'm selling home to move closer to taking care of my sick mother and he even said he'd be praying for us. Luckily I'm moving closer to their area. They did such an amazing job helping me when I wasn't a customer so I can't wait to see how well they do when I use their services. Great job and hats off to Raymond. Seth came out, I showed him where we we having some problems with ice dam build up during the winter. While he was here he noticed a few touch up things he could do to the roof, and as he was working on it he explained why he was doing what he was doing. My neighbors all had stories with the issues they had encountered during the process. I had nothing but positive to say about A&A roofing. I've heard several bad stories about roofing companies, but from my experience A&A is very trustworthy. Eric really went to battle when the insurance company tried to push back, and he kept me in the loop during the whole process.

Eric came to my home to check a leak in the roof over the garage. He found a small, bent piece of trim flashing and several nails that were not sealed. He replaced the flashing and sealed the nails. He wouldn't take any payment, he said he had that piece of flashing left over from another job. He earned my trust and business. I recommend A&A Roofing!

Scheduled an appointment to get a quote on a roof leak. Eric came out looked over the roof figured out it was not the roof causing the problem gave me a few other ideas to look into. I want to take a moment to share my recent adventure in replacing the roof on our house and garage. Now, the idea of replacing these was daunting, not to mention the days of preceding panic thinking “how are we going to get all this done and get it all paid for!?” We were down to the wire and our insurance was not going to renew our policy until these were taken care of.​That was when I got ahold of A&A Roofing. Dan Gaskin was our go to guy; he was out to start the process within a week! Fast forward a couple of weeks and the insurance adjuster was scheduled for a visit. Dan was there all day with us and the adjuster; that’s right, I said all day! It was a little touch and go claiming storm damage, but with Dan’s help pointing out all the dings, HE GOT IT DONE! Our insurance company was great through this whole thing as well, but I attribute that to Dan’s attitude and easy going demeanor with the adjuster that got this accomplished.​Now on to the work! We were so fortunate they had a cancellation the next week. The roofing crew was out bright and early Monday morning. They had the roof on in ONE day, and gutters the next! And when our insurance company indicated we must also have the tree trimmed back, Dan was on it with one text.​​I LOVE the red shingles, and I am so glad that Dan brought by some bigger samples for us to look at. He went above and beyond for us, and I can’t say thank you enough!​Everything turned out fantastic! This experience was nothing like I dreaded the days before our initial appointment. A&A roofing did a great job, and Dan Gaskin was the guy that made it all come together! I would recommend them to anyone thinking of doing roof, repairs, or gutters!
