AGR stood beside us when we had a very large hail/wind claim on our church and parsonage house. They took the reins and worked tirelessly with the insurance company to ensure all areas were covered. Once the work began it was super exciting to see the various crews working to make our building(s) beautiful again. We could not have asked for more professionalism than what we received. We had full contact with the team, full attention given to us as our needs changed with the Sunday services and use of the building. Zach and Alex were so amazing. After being ghosted by multiple roofers, they took the time to make sure we got our roof approved by insurance and scheduled as soon as possible. They made the process as easy as possible for me and my family and stayed in constant communication throughout the process, so we never felt in the dark about where we were. The roofers were extraordinarily quick, but also thorough. Our new roof looks amazing, we couldn't be happier!

We have used AGR several times. They were able to help us with every aspect of from appraisal to communicating with insurance until completion of the job. They were efficient and gave wonderful customer service. We tried to get several bids from other companies but they either no showed or didn't respond. Our neighbor hired someone else and it took almost a week. They had our roof done in 1 day.

We went through AGR when the big storm happened last year. We had no idea what we were to expect with this since it was our first time going through a big claim. Bryan and Isabella both walked us through the steps to how our residing and reroofing project would go. They worked with our insurance company and answered every question we had along the way. I'm sure we were an annoyance because we had so many questions and were stressed about things going on but every time we reached out they knew exactly how to help us with whatever troubles we were having. I 100% will recommend Bryan and Isabella to anyone I know. They were absolutely amazing!The installers for both our roof and our siding were also fantastic. I want to mention that they did a great job accommodating us, we have dogs and they were very dog friendly people, the team made sure to keep our gates closed when they were around so we could let our dogs in and out, and reinforced in us that the pups werent bothering them when they came outside! They ensured that things were taken care of in a quick manner and made sure our property didn't look terribly messy while they worked on it. They cleaned up well once the project was done!All in all, thank you AGR, Bryan, Isabella, and the entire team that did our Roof and Siding. We had a tree fall on our house, crushing through our bedroom ceiling and damaging our gutters and porch structure. Our insurance company significantly downplayed the damages so I got a few other opinions and ended up going with AGR. Mick and Lindsey were nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process! Aside from their quality work, they contacted our insurance adjuster for us and didn't give up until they agreed to cover the full extent of damage. Mick was always there to answer questions, thoroughly explain what was going on, and, truly, went above and beyond for us! We really couldn't have gotten through this without them! Usually not good at these things, but this past year we had to replace our roof due to a hail storm. Had Jordan come out and look at our roof, working with him was spectacular he made everything simple for us as home owners and also came out same day of installation to make sure there was no roofing nails or excess trash or materials on the ground. AGR Project Manager Alex Williams did a great job from start to finish. When I reached out to Alex the morning after a major storm caused massive damage across the city, he showed up the same day. His crew covered the damaged areas of the roof and he explained the claims process and how he/AGR could help in dealing with the insurance company.From that point on, he handled numerous issues with the insurance company which were delaying the roof replacement. Alex always returned calls/texts/emails and answered all my questions thoroughly.The AGR roofing crew did a great job; efficient and careful. When the insurance company approved gutter replacement on only one side of the house, we decided to replace all gutters to keep a uniform look. After calling several different companies and with no luck, I gave AGR a try. They put me in touch with Brayden Clark and he was at my house within a week for a quote. He was super personable and on top of everything. I only needed two sides of my roof done and they even used my left over materials as well. They saved me a ton of money and I couldn't recommend them enough!

We would like to thank Mick Ruff for all of his assistance in working with our insurance company and getting our roof, gutters, down spouts and leaf guards replaced from the hail damage we received from the storm of July 28, 2023. He was very thorough in working with production in getting us scheduled for the replacements and the completion of our project so that we were able to keep our scheduled starting date of another project that we had on our calendar prior to this storm. His attention to detail was outstanding. Any questions we had we answered very professionally and in a timely manner(like almost immediately). Their cleanup was superb. We were involved in a horrible hail storm in June 2022 so all the roofing companies were busy and overwhelmed with supply shortages. Our Project Manager, Adam Wall did a great job working with us and keeping us up to date during the process. There was a struggle finding the gutters due to supply shortage and unique color choice but Adam and Zach worked hard to find them for us. Shout out to Zach Hart at AGR. From the hour after a huge storm hit out house and outbuildings, Zach was giving us professional advice. Zach drove over 2 hours to meet with us while the insurance agent was looking over our property to ensure nothing was missed. Our house needed new siding, roof, and gutters and our job was completed sooner then our neighbors who chose another contractor. Our insurance was of course, low balled all of their estimates and Zach and AGR ensured they paid what they needed to pay. We couldn't be happier with how great our home looks or the service we received. All of the contractors who came to out house were friendly and cleaned up the mess upon completion. Thanks again Zach ! Some of our neighbors still haven't had a product delivered much less put on their home, I am sure they are kicking themselves when they drive by and our home is complete.

Alex and Grant let me know the shingles on my roof were recalled years ago after recent storm damage. They worked seamlessly with my insurance to get them replaced. They removed and replaced my old roof in one day with their amazing crew! I’ve never seen it done more efficiently and cleanup afterwards caught all old nails and debris. We had two large single pain windows that, over 50 years, settled and had to be replaced. Jim Korff and his team-mate, Zach made all the arrangements and managed this new window installation beautifully !!!
