Erie Home did a very good job in arranging replacement of our shingles. They even did an inspection and recommended some areas of replacement on spots that were damaged due to water intrusion. They were accommodating as the original shingle colors were not to our liking proceeded to show us some other options. The installation manager also made an additional trip to bring a samples of the flashing so that we could choose something that color coordinating versus just going with a couple samples that will provided by the sales individuals. I would say they go the extra mile I'm trying to address any concerns you have with their product and/or their service. The installation crew was very efficient in hard working in tearing off and replacing our shingles. Even after they were done cleaning up, I only came across a couple shingle nails that had fallen into our landscaping rocks around our house. I was really impressed and how they cleaned up after themselves. Because of the large size of our world it did take them almost two days, but they did quality job!I would recommend Erie Home and the product they support to my friends and family. Now the truth test will come as we enter the spring stormy season and, if needed, their warranty of their product for material and labor.Thank you Erie home for doing a professional job and walking us through our various options.

Our new roof looks great! They were very careful removing the shake shingles and covered the areas around the house with tarps. None of my plants were damaged. After the roof was completed everything was cleaned up and I haven't found any nails. I would recommend this company. They aren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

I contacted Erie because I had a leaky roof and it was past time to deal with it. I heard from them within 1 day and a representative was at my property in two. He spent several hours with me and was very thorough about my home and Erie products. I agreed to an Erie roof and materials showed up at my house a few days later. So from start to finish I had a new roof within a week. I am impressed with my new roof. It is attractive and we had a few rainy days since. No leaks. The crew cleaned up very well afterwards. You would never have guessed that they were here. Erie has been very professional through the whole process. I was also able to get financing as a well-designed monthly payment that is manageable for me.

The whole process went very well. Erie got my roof all done in one day but followed up a few days later to make sure that our strong winds didn't affect my new roof. My favorite part was the people, everyone one I worked with, or talked to was very nice, knowledgeable, and always took the time to answer my questions from beginning to end, and the follow up was so quick. I was very impressed. A few names stand out; Greg, Trevor, Tim and Alex. The day after they finished my roof, I was heading out to my car and my neighbor stopped me and commented on how good my roof looked, and the next day another neighbor told me it looked good. Erie fixed and upgraded areas that were not done right the last time my roof was done. I am very happy with my roof and Erie home. Thank you guys!

Very happy with the results! Materials were delivered on time with no products missing. The following day the guys showed up and much to my surprise and satisfaction, they removed the old asphalt shingles, shingled with the new beautiful ones and cleaned up after themselves all in ONE DAY! Trenton and Tom came out and did a roof inspection. Listened to the pitch and while the cost surprised me, I was still willing to evaluate the system. This visit was on May 9th. I asked for two specific things: first, a detailed quote specifying tear off, install labor, materials cost--second, I asked for a copy of the service contract so I and my attorney could review prior to entering in to an agreement. That was 5 days ago and I've received NOTHING. Perhaps you forgot? Update (5/15) Just received a phone call from Erie home. The manager on the phone said "Erie Home does NOT provide detailed estimates". I DO NOT RECOMMEND CONTACTING OR ENGAGING THEM INANY WAY!!!

They did a great job with clean up. Was a little stuff left but not bad. Had them come back to clean gutters, no problems. Had them come back a second time to clean downspouts, again no problems.One issue is we did not know when they were going to show up and we have a walk up attic and shaker roof to pull off, had a mess in the area.
