Two summers ago we had a heavy hail storm, my roof and my property was tore up. I contacted my insurance company and they weren't quite sure what to do and weren't exactly in a hurry to do it.I contacted Hawkins roofing and within a couple of days Mr Frank Sutton came to visit me. From the initial phone call and then meeting the man in person I realized I was dealing with a true caring professional! I signed a release and allowed Mr Sutton to deal directly with the insurance company on my behalf and the man and his crew took care of me as if I was their family! Mr Sutton went above and beyond to make sure that every inch of my property that was damaged was accounted for and going to be repaired.All in all my experience with Hawkins roofing company, Mr Frank Sutton and the crew that works for him was highly impressive and top-notch.In this modern world of fast-paced attitudes it is good to know that there is still a company that has old fashioned traditional values! I would recommend Hawkins roofing to anyone in a heartbeat!!!

Our roof and gutters were damaged from a storm last year and we chose Hawkins off a referral from our neighbor. We are so happy with the work they did! Brad was so easy to work with, professional and trustworthy. He had a very large workload from this storm but he and his team delivered quickly! Our home had extensive damage due to hail. Frank Sutton of Hawkins was in-charge of contacts with our insurance company, lining up roof and gutter replacement, and front porch repair. Work is now completed and we are very pleased homeowners. Everyone who worked on our home was caring, careful, and a hard worker. For example, roofers were at our home site daily from about 7:30am to 9pm! All work was done in timely manner and of high quality. Frank responded to all questions quickly. We found him knowledgeable and very professional. Frank represented Hawkins in a top-notch way. We highly recommend Hawkins Roofing and Frank Sutton.

Our salesman, Warren, did an absolutely great job in dealing with the insurance company to make sure we were paid for everything we had coming. Second, he was in charge of all the workers to make sure the job done correctly. He came by after it was done, to make sure we were happy.Warren and Hawkins Roofing should be your first and only choice when having your roof replaced. We have been in our home for 42 years and have had the roof replaced several times. We've been very happy from the first time we met Warren, to the project being completed . I am so impressed with Brad, Ed and their team! They came out to our office on two occasions, both right away when I called. They took pictures to show me the problem we had on the roofs of our three buildings. (Raccoon damage the first time and I thought hail damage the second). Thankfully, they were able to come back over the weekend and repair all the damage from the raccoons to prevent interrupting business. Brad shared we did not have hail damage after the major storm that hit Millard. Hawkins Roofing is my choice referral for other business colleagues, my friends and family. Hawkins Roofing pulled through for us when we really needed them. Hail had suddenly damaged the roof of our mother’s home keeping us from having it listed. Brad and the crew stepped in and did a beautiful job installing our new shake shingle roof...and in a very timely manner. Also, the inside repair work was done well, and price was reasonable. House will be on the mls next week. :)

Locally owned easy to communicate with (when I called they answered) great work why would you not want the best drive by see my new roof and thank me later. Most importantly no nails in my driveway to ruine my tires
