After installing a completely new roof on our main house, after a big storm a few years back, we had Bryan install siding on an old garage, and also had him fix the roof on it for us so we could avoid replacement for a few years. Bryan Downs was excellent with the estimate and answered all our questions. He did not hesitate with requests and never hesitated to put anything in writing. He was the most honest (out of 7 companies I talked with), the most cost friendly and by far the easiest to work with. Within two days of putting earnest money down, the roof supplies and dumpster were delivered and the next day the roof was completely redone. The crew were fast and polite. Bryan was there at the beginning and the end and would not leave until he was sure we were satisfied with the job and had all questions answered. Great job Bryan and Paul Hamilton roofers!
