He was very professional and informative on what was happening with our roof and attic. Although the roof and attic will need some work, we are 100% confident that Cowboy Ryan will stand behind Home Pride and his/their reputation. We look forward in them making everything right! Home Pride gave us a A+ experience with our much needed roof and gutters. Aaron was always on time (or early), offered to meet us at the house when the claims adjuster inspected, and always followed up quickly! He helped tremendously with navigating insurance and advocating for our best interests! He is so knowledgeable and was especially helpful in retiring our old wood shingle roof and bringing it up to date! The silver lining of replacing our shake roof was the massive decrease in home insurance premiums, and therefore our monthly mortgage.We had the opportunity to work with Home Pride’s owners as well and it is evident that they value their customers and take pride in everything they do from hiring top notch people to the details of post job clean up.

After reading reviews for this company and their PM Ryan I called to make an appointment for a water spot on my ceiling. Ryan was scheduled the next day. He was extremely honest, knowledgeable and professional. He took/provided pictures in my attic and explained the source of the issue. This company and their PM Ryan is A+++!!! I highly recommend Home Pride for all roofing issues and request Ryan.

Called on a Sunday night for a leak inside - during winter! They responded quickly and had me on the schedule same day. Ryan was scheduled out the very next day and was able to give informative and sound advice on where the leak was coming from, and various ways to work on correcting the issue for long term safety of our home and roof. New Marvin windows were installed in our Great-room and kitchen area. Fantastic work done by the Home Pride crew and great looking windows. The install included; a completely new insulation, taping sealing, etc. around each window to eliminate drafts and improve energy efficiency. The kitchen was two, side opening windows, now a single awning style window,. It’s amazing how much more light this new single pane, awning style window let in. When we’re standing at the kitchen sink, it’s like having another picture window. Thanks Home Pride!!!

Tony and his crew were courteous & professional throughout the process. Any and all questions and concerns were addressed and resolved quickly and professionally. Although there was an initial delay on getting the product from the manufacturer, communications were timely. Once product was received, the crew quickly and efficiently completed the install in roughly 2 ½ days. All post install concerns were minimal in scope and addressed/completed to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I would recommend Home Pride for anyone considering have their siding done.

I thought my roof was leaking as I saw water on my ceilings when all our snow started melting. Ryan was my PM, the kindest, professional, and 100% honest with me. My roof is just fine, he climbed in my attic (didn’t fall through) and it’s actually condensation from some clogged vents. All I need to do is replace these 6 vents that cost $2 a piece.Thank you Ryan for your honesty and taking the time to help me understand the issue, showing me the findings in the attic, providing me a screenshot of the vents I need to purchase, and your overall patience with my lack of understanding initially.If you are in need of a roofing company, I highly recommend you call Home Pride and request Cowboy Ryan. You won’t regret it!

Ryan Quance (Cowboy) came out to my property to assess some issues and concerns I was having with my roof he was very up front and and very honest. He explained very well on what need to be done to fix it correctly. He took pictures and showed me every concern that and issue he found. I had 2 other roofing companies out and neither of the 2 companies was as in depth as Ryan was. I would highly recommend if you have any Roofing questions or siding problems to give HomePride roofing a call.

I never felt like I had to be middle man to get stuff done or feel like I needed to follow up constantly to get the job moving. The job was completed quickly from start to finish. Unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. Reached out for an estimate to put gutters, soffit, and fascia on our new home and while I did get a quick response, they refused to come out for an estimate until we had closed on the house, which I explained that we were renting and living out of at the time anyways. After multiple attempts to give them a chance to earn my business anyways, they finally agreed to come out for an estimate. Made a time and date that we both agreed on and even confirmed that morning and they never ended up showing up, never answered my texts or calls and never even apologized for it in the future. We immediately went with a different contractor and after 3 months, Home Pride sends me a text thanking me for the business as if they got the job and asked for referrals and a review. Talk about dropping the ball and making a fool out of themselves. Done Right Home Improvement will get all of my business and recommendations from now on. Oh, and thanks for reminding me to give you guys that review you were wanting 👍🏼
