The whole crew from initial call to the final walk through was amazing! Very helpful and always willing to answer questions. We were concerned for our yard with two dogs but Ramiro assured us his crew would do everything possible to keep the yard clean. The day they started it was incredibly windy so keeping the materials corralled was not possible. However the crew walked the entire yard and a few feet into the wooded area behind us. AJ swept the yard with the magnet and then the crew spot swept the yard with their flashlights after dark. We found only TWO after it was all said and done. They had pride in how they left the property. Highly recommend!! As an aside, for your own sanity, board your dogs if possible!

I had trouble finding a roofing company that would take on a repair versus replacing your whole roof. I found this company and they thrive on repairs big or small and roof replacements. They don’t try to sell you a roof you don’t need and were very happy to look at ours. They knew exactly what the issue was and showed me pictures. They were also very reasonable. We had it fixed in less than a week and had an option of paying in full or making payments.THANK YOU INNOVATIVE ROOFING!!!

Great job. I called several roofers after a storm, most tried to immediately get me to sign a contract. When I said I wanted an estimate and would get back to them after I talked to a few companies, most of them said I needed to sign the contract before they would provide an estimate. Innovative was only one of two companies that provided an estimate as requested. Everyone else sent a high-pressure salesperson to "close the deal."I did have a small leak after the roof replacement but Innovative was there very quickly and fixed the leak on the spot. (I called on a Friday evening and the leak was fixed early Saturday.) In an industry full of scammers and creepy sales people, Innovative stands out as reliable and trustworthy. Also, Romaro definitely knows how insurance companies work. I followed his advice and my insurance company had no problem with covering high-impact shingles with no additional cost to me.

I first contacted Innovative Roofing through the Thumbtack app 2 weeks ago. They were quick to respond, and sent a worker out to provide a reasonable estimate within 48 hours. The workers arrived 20 minutes early, provided me with an explanation of what they would be doing, and then immediately got to work. Derrick was very helpful and knowledgeable about the insurance claim process and scheduling the repairs. The installers showed up on time did the job right (the first time) replacing the roof and gutters. They did a great clean up before they left and even locked the gates! Innovative Roofing helped us choose between three premium roofing systems, one was Presidential Asphalt roof, second the F- Wave roofing and the 3rd roof option was the DaVinci Shake roof, we got from 30k 40k and 50k roofing prices, we decided to go with this new F wave roof option designer Slate Revia option since the look and Class 4 Impact resistant warranties are similar to the DaVinci and also DaVinci discontinued the slate Bellaforte option so we are happy with our final choice.
