We worked with John Sopcich from McCoy Roofing and he was AMAZING to work with. From the first inspection to the very end, he was completely professional and knowledgeable. He was so helpful and took care of every detail with the insurance claim. They were fast working and cleanup was impeccable!!!! I was worried about finding nails etc afterwards or having debris in our pool and I could not find ANYTHING left behind. I was super impressed. I would never trust another roofing company with our home.

I have never had such a wonderful experience with a contractor than I did with McCoy Roofing. My mom's house and roof were damaged by wind and hail in 2022. Austin Wells worked with her insurance to make sure that her roof, siding and gutters would be replaced. His crews were kind, efficient and did a wonderful job. I am so happy I decided to use McCoy roofing for my hail damage repair. I needed a roof, siding, gutters, window wraps, and fascia. Chase was fabulous to work with always keeping me very informed every step of the process. He was professional( along with every single employee), kind, informed, communication was the highest quality. The work was done fast and great quality. If I had any problems Chase made sure it was corrected right away. I get compliments on how good my house looks ALL the time. I had an excellent review posted previously (a yr ago), but deleted after I had contacted the company to correct the installation of a gutter where it was angled, rain flowing opposite Dodson of the downspout. This last week I had another contractor come to verify what "correction" by McCoy was done properly, but he stated it is now "level". That it needs to be taken off, and put on correctly to drain toward the downspout. I contacted McCoy again. They called back to say they are not sending their guys out again, my gutters are fine, and better than the plastic ones that were on there before they installed. I pointed out that I had not paid to put those old gutters on that came with the house that I had purchased just prior to paying to getting these gutters replaced. And that I did pay for McCoy to install gutters correctly. He offered to put the plastic ones back on...if I thought there were any chance that he actually would and was willing to refund what I paid so I could start over with a contractor that would put on gutters correctly, then I would take that offer. I had originally called this company because someone suggested them. Would someone want a gutter level, angled away or to the downspout? Worked with Austin at McCoy Roofing to replace our roof after wind and hail damage. Everyone at McCoy was great to work with, but I was especially thankful we had Austin on our side. Austin initially inspected the roof and described the damage. He was there when our insurance adjuster inspected the roof, helping to ensure the adjuster saw precisely what was at issue. He was there when the McCoy crew did the work, and he was there after the work was done to make sure all was done as expected. We used McCoy Roofing to install siding. Our sales person Chris was great and overall his install team did a great job! Rueben and his team did a good job on the install but they did NOT clean up after. I was very disappointed in the clean up and how long it took to get the team back out there to pick up their last things (ladder, trash, etc). There were nails every where and having kids play in the yard, I was not happy. At all. I am still disappointed. There were nails and supply pieces all over the roof and down into the gutters. We were very lucky it didn't cause any other issues. We are STILL finding trash, supplies and items all over our yard and it has been almost 3 months. If you use them, make sure to reiterate that clean up is a must. Again, we like the team that did the install but they do not clean up at all.

Austin met with me on multiple occasions to review extent of damage from hailstorm and whether or not involving my insurance company was the right call. He gave candid and honest advice at each step of the way, as well as walked my house once again with the insurance adjuster to ensure all damaged items were accounted for.In regards to the installation quality, any questions or detail concerns I had where justified or remedied/fixed in a timely manner.
