We hired Millard Roofing to take a look at our roof after a bad hail storm. Justin A. has been wonderful to work with. Once we were approved for a new roof he got a team out quickly and when there was some water damage from unexpected rain he made sure it was taken care of. He has helped walk us through the entire process and communicated with our insurance company which is so helpful to a busy mom of two little ones. We would definitely recommend Millard Roofing to anyone looking at having work done to their home.

Six stars!!! Millard Roofing helped me navigate storm damage repair with my insurance company and the experience was honestly amazing. I've had roof repairs over my many years of adulting and have been generally well taken care of, but Millard Roofing went beyond the pale. From Cole's and Jayme's careful attention, excellent communication, and patience with the ins company all the way to the crew's clean up (I didn't find a single nail that they missed...I didn't think that was even possible!). I strongly recommend that you start with Millard Roofing. They provide a full customer care experience and you will not, at any point in the process, feel like you're in the dark.

Millard Roofing is a five star company that I highly recommend. After my home was hit hard by large hail, Justin was at my home to thoroughly assess the damage which he found needed a roof replacement. My insurance company was going to assess by drone pictures, to which Justin advised me to insist on a personal inspection. After a long wait with my insurance company, the claim was denied. Justin reassured me that he would keep working with them, which he did on my behalf, and eventually to my surprise after several months, my insurance approved the claim. The very next day that my insurance company notified Millard Roofing of the approval, a team was on my roof doing the replacement. The job was done exceptionally well and the clean up was perfect. Justin was at my house the next day to inspect the new roof. What I really appreciate about Millard Roofing was that they worked directly with my insurance company, and I did not have to. To be denied a claim after paying high insurance premiums for many years is very stressful. When I trusted Millard Roofing to see this process through, it removed the stress, and I was confident it would work out well. It certainly has, and I am so grateful to Millard Roofing.

We contacted several companies to help us with hail damage on our roof & siding (two companies saw the significant amount of work that needed to be done and never returned with estimates). Millard Roofing was responsive and Justin assessed our home. He has been detailed, always replies in a timely manner, and has been patient when answering our numerous questions. Our experience with Millard Roofing has been exceptional at every level. We have worked personally with Justin from the day we first contacted them. He was at our house within a few hours to inspect storm damage. He personally inspected the roof, siding and windows. Cole followed up with a visit to assure their results were exact. Millard Roofing worked directly with USAA Insurance Company to complete the claim. The team of roofers and gutters did a great job and a nice job of cleaning up. Looking forward to replacement windows coming soon! I don't want to forget the Office Staff, who are so friendly. If you're in need of top-notch roofing services, look no further than Millard Roofing. Last year, we had the unfortunate experience of a leaking skylight and I was blown away by their unmatched dedication to customerservice. Justin from Millard showed up promptly for our appointment, meticulously inspected our roof, and discovered hail damage – a testament to their attention to detail.However, the real challenge arose with our insurance company's estimate, which included a shocking denial letter despite our consistent premium payments. The denial cited policy language that demanded claims be filed within 1 year of the date of loss, a detail we were unaware of and dont' believe any layman could meet this obligation. Our insurance company did not inform us of any event that occurred at our home, so how would we know without a leak? It felt like we were being penalized for an unforeseen event that is covered under our policy. Even though we reported the damage when we found out about it our insurance company is claiming that it was 1 week too late.Through this trying time, Millard Roofing was our pillar of support, encouraging us and affirming the legitimate damage to our property. Had large hail hit my house. I called Millard Roofing to look over my home for damage.Justin came out within a couple days to assess damage. He later did a walk around with my insurance adjuster to show damage.Justin helped greatly when it came to dealing with insurance.I had a roofing crew come out and they did a great job installing a new roof.Millard Roofing and Justin relieved a lot of the stress involved with insurance and repairs.I highly recommend Millard roofing to anyone who needs home repair.

Our representative was Justin Alley and he was incredibly knowledgeable. Worked hard to get our new siding ordered, worked with our insurance company so it was virtually no hassle for us, was able to work with the roofing crew to get our roof done - start to finish - in less than a day. Answered all our questions and worked to make sure we were involved in the whole process. He stayed in contact, was professional yet friendly. Made sure we knew what was happening when. When weather interfered he was in contact quickly to reschedule in a timely manner. Can’t recommend him enough! It took about 2 years to get our roof done. They replaced bags of rolled insulation with horrible spray foam and did a bad job of sealing the metal flashing so now we have a bat issue where they scratch on that spray foam throughout the night.
