The crew was very rude and disrespectful to my house. I asked them to wear shoe covers and there is even a note on my door that states it clearly and they were caught not wearing them when I wasnt present and came back. First time ever getting windows installed they did not cover my belongings or tell me too and in result there was white debris and dust all over my new furniture and flat screen tv. I asked them did I need to move things they said No. I came back into my home they moved a large mirror and I specifically told them do not move anything we will before they get started. They left dirt all over my walls after the job and of course all of the debris and dust on my furniture and clean clothes. They were using a dirty shop vac that is in the pictures to try and vacuum the debris off my new furniture. They didnt even apologize until I started cussing and going off about the disrespect. The office manager justified it because I was upset with them and told me they would do nothing about it after her crew of workers disrespected my house and even got loud with me ti the point where I had to let them know lower your voice or get out of my house they dont have the right to be mad at me about disrespecting my house and belongings. Very evil people and God will deal with them accordingly.Service: Window installation

Mr. Kevin Kock is not only an amazing business owner but, an amazing contribution to Omaha. Unfortunately I did not do business with Nexterior but I quickly found out about the character and integrity of the company and owner ! I was stranded and needed a jump for my car 🚘. Kevin offered to help and taught me a few things about vehicle battery maintenance! Thank you so much for your help! I hope this review sends in more business!!!!!!

Great company who works with your insurance company to help you get the maximum allowable repairs in an expedient manner. Example: After our adjustor finished his assessment, Spencer worked to have them cover new insulation under our (new) siding, too! The staff have great communication with the client throughout the process, and they promptly schedule the work. Can't recommend them highly enough. Their workers have integrity for their craft, and incredibly hard working. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.

I had a leaky roof and didn’t know who to call. A lot of places were super busy due to recent storm damage. I happen to come across Nexterior Construction online. When I called, the lady said they could come take a look the very next day. I don’t remember the lady’s name but she eased my mind when she said they could come out the very next day! The next day two gentlemen showed up in a company truck. I thought to myself “here we go”, they are going to try to sell a new roof and tell me mine is shot. My roof is about 16 years old. After showing the gentlemen the location of the leak, they went straight up on the roof to inspect. Shorty, they came back and told me exactly where and what was leaking. To my surprise, they didn’t try to sell me a new roof or anything I didn’t need. The two gentlemen gave me a fair and simple quote for the needed patch job. The work was completed the next day! I highly recommend Nexterior. I’m so glad I came across them online; with so many options it can get overwhelming. Overall, I was very impressed with their integrity. When the time comes and I need a new roof, I will call Nexterior. I would also would like to use them for future projects like new windows and doors.

Kevin and the team were great to work! My project was completed ahead of schedule and they cleaned up afterwards and left no materials behind. I will definitely use Nexterior Construction again on my next project.

Nexterior Construction is professional and does exactly what they said they would do.I needed new siding on my home. They arrived on time and completed the job in a few days. When they left my yard was clean and the house looks amazing.

One of your trucks hauling a small trailer on 75 south at 815 this morning was not only speeding but had nothing secured in trailer and trash was flying all over the highway causing an incredibly hazardess driving situation for all others on the road. If this is how you allow your business to operate then I am incredibly disappointed.
