Brad did a good job explaining the hail damage to the roof. The install happened in a few weeks and took just 1 day with the crew. Lots of shingles to pick from. They did a nice job coming back and cleaning up being sure there were no nails left behind. Worked well with my insurance company taking a lot of the work off my plate. First of all, we would never have known the items that were truly damaged by the hailstorm of 2017. Brad came and met the adjuster, climbed all over the roof with them and pointed so much more than our adjuster would have put in the report. Then, when insurance was creating quite the loop holes and frustrations regarding coverage and payment for some of the items, Brad and Kim fought hard for us and stayed very patient. All of the contractors that worked with us were excellent and professional. We recommend Pinnacle Roofing to anyone looking for expert representation and quality work. We got a beautiful new roof which stood up to hail just days after installation. We were devastated to think our new roof would be compromised from the get-go, but upon inspection, it withstood all potential damage. Pinnacle Roofing is a pleasure to do business with. The owner, Brad, is hand's on, professional, highly skilled, and has integrity. Fortunately, or unfortunately (depending on how you look at it), my roof/siding (Mansard style house) was not damaged in the storm that allowed most of my neighbors to get new roofs through their insurance last year. Brad spent effort documenting and making sure that there really wasn't a claim.This year, a side of the Mansard roof started leaking into the soffits. Pinnacle Roofing fixed the leak and redid that section of the roof. The crew that did the work did a beautiful job and tidied everything up nicely when they left for the day. In addition, Brad cleverly came up with a solution for an aesthetic problem that was created by the gutter company I had used to put up new gutters.
