Premier Exteriors completed 2 full exterior insurance claims for two of my properties and they were professional in working with me and my insurance. They went above and beyond, not only in advocating to the adjuster that the claims were full in their scope but also when wrapping up every detail to finish the jobs correctly. I was able to get far more work completed than I was intially expecting to, and they were flexible with me adding some out of pocket deffered maintenance work that was completed within the same timeline. I would not hesitate to hire them again, in fact I already have.

Awesome to work with!!! We found him from an app and he was great at getting back to us from the beginning to end. He replaced our back french door with a sliding glass door. Had to replace a small piece of flooring due to water damage around the inside of the door, as well as the the inside trim around the door that cracked when he went to put it back on. Very pleased with how well it turned out and hands down we'll be calling him again for future projects.

I highly recommend Premier Exteriors. We had some rotting siding that we wanted to get replaced before we painted the outside of the house. Tammy came out, and she identified all the places where the siding needed to be replaced. The quote was very detailed with pictures of all these different places. The work was done well, and Tammy and Jim were so easy to communicate with the whole time. We highly recommend this company! Good people doing good work.

We would highly recommend Jim and Premier exteriors!! We had our roof, gutters, a lot of siding, and garage doors replaced. Premier did an outstanding job! Jim and Tammy handled the insurance process and any subcontracting recommendations for services they did not provide ( painting for the siding and garage door replacement). We went with a fairly new roofing shingle, a REVIA synthetic hand split shake, and it looks awesome. We have had numerous compliments on the changes we had me to our home. Jim made a great suggestion to use PVC for the siding trim and it looks fantastic. Jim was in constant communication throughout the entire project! We could not be more happy!! I am most happy with the work of Premier Exteriors. They replaced my front porch and stairs with composite material. They also replaced some rotting cedar siding. They were very timely, kept me informed at all stages of the project. The workers were a happy lot and seemed to enjoy their work which was very high quality. We bought our house as a previous rental back in 2012. 4 kids later it was time to do the siding. Between the flaky paint and rotted wood siding, we decided to reach out to Premier Exteriors and a few others. Premier won the bid thanks to their honesty, attention to detail and competitive pricing.The crew we had was phenomenal, we have 3 dogs and they let us know that at any time we could let the dogs out with or without them. If we didnt want to let the dogs out with them working, they would take a break for us to do so. The work area was always made clean before they left for the day which was great for our kids to still be able to play and the dogs to be safe when outside.Now that the work is done, it’s like pulling up to a brand new house. The attention to detail and top notch quality means I will definitely keep them at the top of my list for any future exterior needs.

I had some pieces of vinyl siding that needed to be replaced. Found Premier Exteriors via Thumbtack. Jim came out within a day or two to look at the job. While he was looking at the job, he began making calls to see if the vinyl siding was still available. He eventually found some material in Michigan (I'm in Omaha) that was eventually sent to my house.In addition to repairing the items I identified, Jim spotted some other problems related to the gutters/siding from the previous installation. Premier exteriors fixed our damaged siding after our neighbor's trampoline hit the side of our house. They were great to work with & did a seamless repair. Other companies wouldn't even accept job because they considered it too small. They do more than siding too. I highly recommend you check with them on any home exterior projects!

Jim and his crew have been taking care of projects on my 1923 midtown beauty since I purchased it in 2020. First project was a new roof deck. Next was a small siding project. Updated Review... Premier Exteriors installed a residential deck for us in 2020. Overall, we've been happy with the deck and the quality of the build. Along the way since 2020 we've seen a small issue with the lumber quality which, is most likely due to supply chain crud that happened to everyone during that COVID timeframe. Despite that challenge, they built a deck we've enjoyed. The team at Premier is working with us to repair the lumber issue this summer at an agreeable rate. On the positive side, they are super motivated to earn positive feedback from their customers and the team works hard to make a deck you'll be happy with, all at a fair price. We used Premier Exteriors to install a new roof, siding and window wraps on two sides of the house as well as new gutters. Our contact Tom did a great job explaining everything up front so there were no surprises when the final bill came. The work was done well for a very fair price. Jim came out after the job was completed to inspect and even had a few minor items corrected that were done to my satisfaction but not his. Overall is was a great experience.

Premier did an outstanding job for us on three projects, roof installation, sliding door and bay window replacement. Premier came highly recommended and did not disappoint.Jim met with our insurance adjuster on the replacement of our hail damaged roof. Because of Jim's experience, he was as familiar with city code upgrades that should be covered and discussed them with the adjuster. The roof looks great and was followed by a spotless cleanup.Replacement of our water damaged sliding doors and nearby bay window was top notch. Jim and his crew did a great job replacing the interior trim and repairing/replacing the exterior siding so there's no indications there was any damage. Had it not been for the "covid wait" for the custom doors and window, the job would have been perfect. Jim had been upfront about this potential covid delay and is not to blame.
