In essence, our down payment has been used for the demolition of our home. We have paid you despite the fact that the terms outlined in our contract have not been fulfilled. In light of this, I am contemplating sending you a bill for the damages incurred to our property. What perplexes me is the lack of accountability from your crew, who recently executed the EPDM installation and marred our paint, with no willingness to rectify the situation. I am uncertain how your business remains viable, but I am committed to ensuring that others are informed about the way our property concerns have been addressed. Our only request is for you to restore our house to its original state; there is no need for threats. Your integrity is now under scrutiny as you have taken our money, carried out work that damaged our property, and are unwilling to address and rectify the situation.Again, your company assured us that the damage would be addressed, and we've already provided evidence of the issues. It's disheartening that there seems to be a reluctance to resolve these matters promptly.Old Review-We did not invite these complications, and it is regrettable that, despite our downpayment to Royalty Roofing, our house is now in worse condition than when we initiated the project. This situation is saddening, especially considering the assurance from your workers that they would rectify the problems.It's important to emphasize that we did not formulate the scope of work; it was presented by your workers. Our primary desire is a resolution that restores our home to its previous state.Rather than engaging in prolonged disputes, we sincerely hope for a swift and amicable resolution to rectify the mess left by your company. We urge you to take immediate action to address the damage and restore our confidence in the professionalism of Royalty Roofing.

Royalty Roofing did an awesome job installing our new roof last year before we sold our home. Nick Bermel is knowledgeable and professional. I want to start off by saying that we don’t regret our decision and going with Royalty Roofing. From day one they did everything possible to make sure my family was taken care of. They made dealing with insurance easy, weather, change of plans, and even provided referrals on future work as well. Nick and Camm are awesome! Could contact him when needed and made sure he would get back to you in a professional time frame. Would show up to the house if needed, and worked with our schedule.

Royalty Roofing might be okay for simple roofs without any special features, but I wouldn't trust them with a roof with any complexity, such valley pans, EPDM membranes, and transitions from pitched to flat roofs. They replaced my roof, which has all three of those features, a few years ago and I have regretted it ever since.Before the last roofing job, I stood in front of my house with the estimator and EXPLICITLY directed him not to have his crew (actually a sub, not employed by Royalty) tear the valley pan collection gutter off. We even discussed my next door neighbor's roof, which is nearly identical and had this error made, and he emphatically agreed that was an error and would result in water intrusion. This conversation apparently never made it to the roofing crew who removed the valley pan gutter and replaced it with a 1 ft long piece of aluminum gutter, which was not connected to valley pan at all. After my refusal to accept that solution, they did try to fashion a better collection gutter, but the damage was done since gaps were now present in the gutter system.So tonight, as I listen to water hit the bottom of a collection bucket in my front bedroom closet and wait for the heat tape on the roof to do its thing, I am reminded of why I would never trust them or their subs with my house again. And none of that even gets into the amateurish job they did replacing the EPDM roofing elsewhere in the house. Like I said - Royalty is probably okay for simple roofing jobs, but look for a better company (and preferably one that will staff with their own employees) if you have any complexity to your roof at all.

We had our roof installed last year in June after a hail storm. Roof looks great and Royalty Roofing was easy to work with. 4 stars due to still finding multiple roofing nails leftover in our yard and coming off our roof (2 just yesterday). We worked with Royalty Roofing to install a new roof, gutters, and siding that was damaged due to a hail storm. Nick was fantastic working with the insurance company to settle our claim. The roof was installed in a single day and the quality of work was outstanding. The gutters and downspouts were installed in just a few hours.We then worked with Jeremy to install new James Hardie siding. We previously had steel siding and it looks like an entirely different house! Jeremy was in constant communication about any issues that came up and was always willing to call before any decisions were made. They really made us feel part of the process. Royalty Roofing made my insurance claim so easy. They acted as the adjuster and the fixit company. Nick was very thorough with his inspection of the house and the roof after the hail damage. his team did an exceptional job on my roof even when they discovered there was some issues with the sheeting underneath the old roof. Royalty Roofing went above and beyond, even spray painting all the metal ornamental iron work on the roof and installing shutters. They replaced the roof with a Da Vinci composite slate roof along with gutters. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail throughout the project. They took what appeared to be special care with our property but we soon found out it was just the standard way they do business, The overall professionalism from the owner to the their daily crew was outstanding. Royalty roofing originally completed roof work for us from tree damage. They did this work for the quoted price, largely as expected. From there Royalty proposed they do our siding as well, and we went forward on that. Over many months Royalty made promises on start dates, but never started actual work. The final person they sent us was Chris Halferty. After several months of no progress, Chris told us Royalty Roofing was not going to complete work our house, and we’d have to work with him independently to complete work. Chris took a $7,000 down payment from us, and again after multiple months did no work. We requested our down payment back.Chris is no longer in contact with us, and never returned any money – even following a formal complaint with our State Attorney General office. After all this occurred, the owner of Royalty (Nick) informed us that he’d fired the 3 primary employees we’d worked with, over the time they were working with us - including Chris. No one at Royalty ever informed us of that while it was happening. We never heard anything from Nick during this time. Royalty currently seems unable to maintain dependable and honest employees, and is taking no responsibility for actions of employees or contactors they’ve fired. Royalty Roofing did a great job helping me with a somewhat complex problem. I had hail issues at both a house I was trying to sell and the one that I was buying. Kyle at Royalty was great at getting us information quickly and helping us handle both houses.At the house I was selling, they took care of working with my insurance company after I opened the claim and they were quick to get to the work and make sure the house was all fixed so that I could sell it as soon as possible. Even though we had to replace the whole roof, it didn’t take long at all. They did a great job and did it for good price!At my new house, we had some roof repairs and some gutter work. The Royalty crew handled the repairs and coordinated the gutter work. Jeremy has been amazing, was super quick when I reached out last year to have an estimate for a new roof. He gave me a great price and was at the house day of the install and if I had any questions all I had to do was text him and he replied quickly. Had 2 areas that had small leaks after the install, but he was quick to have someone out to look at and fix, one not even being with the shingles. This year I contacted him for new gutters and again was super quick to respond and they did an amazing job on the gutters and adding in the new downspout.
