I just had a new roof, gutters and downspouts installed by Shamrock Roofing. They did a great job and we are 100% satisfied! Sam Spearman, the project manager for the replacement did a great job. He worked with the insurance adjuster and helped me get the insurance claim filed. He did a great job communicating every step of the way. The crews doing the work were very professional and friendly. The work was highest quality and the did a very detailed clean-up. It took one day for the roof from start to finish and one day for the gutters and downspouts.

Killian, one of the project managers, inspected the roof of my mama’s house the very next day. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. After a thorough inspection, he determined the roof did not have to be replaced. There were however, a few areas that needed to be resealed. Killian went ahead and resealed these areas with product that he had on hand. He did not have to do this, but insisted that he is happy to make these simple repairs whenever he is able to. He stated “I love to replace damaged roofs, but if I can fix ‘em here and now, that’s even better.” I am forever grateful for this kind gesture. I was very impressed by the kindness and care he showed my mother and I.

I had my roof replaced less than a year ago and I’ve called them recently because it’s leaking and I can’t get anybody to call me back. All they have is a call center. You don’t actually get a person that works at the business. They scheduled me an appointment where I took my lunch to meet someone to Look at my roof, but no on from the company showed up. When I called to See where that person was I couldn’t even get a manager or a person that works at the company. Meanwhile, my roof is leaking And I can’t get anybody to call me or to come look at it or to make a plan to fix it. My next step will be to contact the Better Business Bureau, my insurance company and my attorney

As soon as Shamrock roofing showed up for the estimate the roofer Cullen was on top of answers to all questions. Cullen stayed on top of helping me get financed and reassured me everything will be fine. They had my roof done in 6 hours. I will recommend this company to all who needs a roof. Lucas Ruwe came to my door to ask if he could give me an estimate. For the life of me I don’t know why I answered the door because I do not answer the door for solicitors. My husband and I had just tried to get our roof replaced a few months previous after some storm damage tore a patch of shingles off our roof. That roofing company told me we didn’t have enough damage for an insurance claim and suggested instead we simply patch the damage. We did that, but have been worried about our roof and small leaks we have been seeing since, so I told Lucas to go ahead. He came down and said it was one of the worst roofs he had seen in awhile and that he was confident it would get bought by insurance, so we went ahead. His pictures and documentation were so detailed our insurance company approved the claim the same day without even sending out their own adjuster. Lucas even got us additional money for damage to our fence and AC unit that we never would have thought to ask for with this claim. The last time our roof was replaced it took the company a week of banging and noise to get it completed, Shamrock sent a large crew that had the whole thing completed in a little over a day. The crew was so nice and polite and cleaned everything up after. Lucas then came back out to inspect it himself and verify it was completed to his satisfaction. Again, I don’t know why I opened that door, but I’m so glad that I did!

Sam was very professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. They did an excellent job on our roof back in September. What I really want to comment on is another issue. When they did the roof, they caused some minor damage to our leaf filter system. Although it took a while (they are busy) they TOTALLY repaired the damage at no cost while leaf filter said it would cost $8000 to repair. I had left a negative review based on misinformation from Leaf Filter. I REMOVED that review as they have shown me the damage wasn't so bad and they fixed it! I totally RECOMMEND Shamrock. Cullin and Sean (Nebraska)are awesome! 😀

Sam Spearman and his team were great to work with. They had the old shingles removed and new shingles installed within one day. We had to custom order a specific color of gutters so that was a different day, but they also had that done within just a few hours. The insurance claims process was very simple as they handled everything from start to finish.

Shamrock did a great job. We’re here on time and completed my roofing project in one day. I was especially pleased with the clean up. It was a bit windy during the roofing process and old tar paper was flying around. However when the job was completed everything thing had been cleaned up including pieces that blew into my neighbor’s yard. Very impressed with the roof and the clean up.
