We had our siding done and after meeting with Justin, it was not a hard decision to go with this company. Justin always went out of his way to meet with us, explain the process, and show us what the finished product would look like on his computer program. I had told the owners of this company that Justin was half the reason we went with this company to replace the siding. Justin was very respectful, kind, and helpful. He also was not pushy but you could not help but want to hire this company because of how Justin is with clients. There just aren't enough positive adjectives to describe Justin! I also spoke with Shawn, Conrad, and Samy. They were wonderful as well. They made sure that YOU were very content from the beginning to the end. We chose James Hardie siding and are very glad that we did. It seems to be an awesome product and we received many compliments on our color choice. The cost for such a great product was astonishingly reasonable. I would strongly recommend anyone to work with this company. I also want to mention Arturo and his crew. They are HARD WORKERS!!! They did a great job with the siding. I just could not believe how well they did. They are extremely competent! You would not be disappointed with the outcome. They were also very friendly and respectful. Overall, I am so very happy that we went with this company. They all just did everything right! Have no fear with this company. You will not regret choosing them!

As a busy mom of 3, I rarely take the time to write reviews. However, this one is well deserved.From the beginning Ashton was so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He told it to me like it was- no frills, which I appreciated. I felt like I had a trusted friend taking care of our issue. I didn’t have to lift a finger when it came to going back and forth with insurance. Turtle roofing handled all the hard parts. They also went out of their way to gather extra info that I needed. I felt that they truly cared about our problem and fixed it in a shockingly timely manner. I can’t come up with negative about the entire experience, which is pretty crazy when you have to go through replacing an entire roof!I can’t recommend Ashton and Turtle roofing enough.Service: Roof repair

Best in the roofing business!! From start to finish it was an easy and fun experience to work with them. Justin was an amazing sales representative and very knowledgeable and communicative on how everything works and the order things went. I personally have a huge roof and the team of roofers ripped off and put on the new in 1 day! I was completely shocked! The buyer team was super friendly and also worked at an amazing pace. Everyone on the job knew exactly what to do and who was doing super organized super professional company. 10/10 definitely recommend to anyone who needs a new roof or gutters. These guys know their stuff!

The work was completed on time, I would definitely hire them again for future needs. We worked with Justin and Sean on our roof replacement. Both are very professional and responsive. The roofing team was very diligent about keeping the area clean and free of nails. They cleaned up around the house several times while working on the roof. There were quite a few on the team, they were organized and got the job done in 1 day. Job sat for two months with hardly any communication until suddenly their subcontractors just appeared one day. Particularly interested in upselling. Quick to claim any delay was because of the insurance company, which I don't quite believe given my insurance were actually incredibly swift when I spoke to them.The roof was, eventually, done. It seems to hold the water out at least. Their subcontractors banged up at least one piece of trim though and also ended up stealing a small gas can from my porch. In fairness it could have been easily confused for their own.All the same, I can't in good faith recommend this outfit.Edit:We did not, in fact, sort it out over the phone. The co-owner called me with a bunch of lame excuses about how the sales guy was new and there wasn't appropriate "expectation setting". I was content to let things lay; I said my piece, they get a poor review, eat the L and try to do better next time.I debated a long time whether posting this edit was appropriate or just me being an a-hole. But I feel their comment is a willful misrepresentation of things. I'm through dealing with them.

I had 3 nails in two of my tires and when I called, they had me speak with Shawn, who was incredibly professional and understanding of the situation.
