My truck broke down today while my daughter and I were driving thru Nebraska on our way home to Texas. An awesome gentleman stopped to see if we were okay, however he was not able to repair my truck so he suggested Complete Auto Repair. Chris & Alex arrived and loaded up my truck and got it to their shop. They were able to quickly diagnose and repair my truck and get us back on the road. This family owned repair shop is honest and trustworthy. If I could give them more stars, I would!

I cannot say THANK YOU enough to them. After taking my car to a dealership, and getting the run around three times by them, Chris & Neal got my car running right and quickly and they went above and beyond checking to make sure the dealerships “repairs” were done correctly! Then a few months go by and a couple more things popped up needing fixed. They’ve consistently fixed my vehicle in a timely manner and are very responsive and good at telling you what they are doing. I’ll trust them with all my future repairs and vehicles!If you want upfront honesty and timely repairs I will always recommend them! Thank you!

I currently own a cleaning business and I travel throughout Nebraska to clean houses apartments businesses you name it and I was in Ravenna Nebraska today cleaning an apartment for a move out clean and on my way to work my tires started shaking really bad in my whole car was shaking really bad I almost lost control in my car I had to drive 50 45 50 miles per hour on the highway to get to work so I told myself I was going to stop at one of the little mechanic shops here in Ravenna and have them look at it to see if it just needed to be balanced and I took it to Chris at complete Auto repair in Ravenna and him and his secretary lady I did not get her name we're absolutely amazing they took care of me they got things taken care of so that I could drive home safely it took a while because my luck is always terrible and I had two problems instead of one and they gained a new customer today I will drive 30 miles to Ravenna from Grand Island Nebraska to get my car fixed by this gentleman and I want to thank him for his great customer service and making sure that I get home safely!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations
