This company took advantage of an illiterate customer.Contract is shady and sketchy.They are not responsible for fires even if they left hot wires exposed and caused you a fire.They have the right to order hundreds of extra square feet in supplies and keep the extra.New siding doesn't even match original siding.God forbid if you get diagnosed with terminal illness before they finish the job, because then they may not finish your job either.They will, however, file court papers against you.They have no qualms filing a property lien against you while you are on your death bed. Skyline won't back off and allow you to enjoy your last few days.They will make it impossible for you to get your final affairs in order.They WILL get paid for incomplete and shoddy work.Even if insurance is paying for the entire restoration, prepare to be hassledThey may do good work for some people as long as you don't check their math, complain at all and you aren't terminal.Signing contract means you can't sue them no matter how inept and cruel and fraudulent they are. Your only recourse is to pay half of arbitration and be bound by it.If they break your things, too bad, fix them yourself.I am not a contract customer and I hope you won't be either.

Whoever was driving the truck with plates 54-569A this morning drives like a total maniac. I was already going 5 mph over the speed limit, and after riding my bumper for awhile the guy finally FLEW around me. Unsafe, unprofessional, and not a good look for your company. I’d be nervous to see how they do construction…

First time we had to use a contractor for our roof after a hail storm Kyle with skyline construction was awesome to work with. He got right to work with our claim and did an awesome job! He communicated very well on the process and the steps. I will definitely use these guys again! And i recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

My experience with Skyline Construction was fantastic! Kyle initially came over to our house to inspect the sliding glass door that we needed to replace. He was very thorough in getting measurements/estimates and talked me through the entire process from getting the correct door to the installation process. He is very much an expert at his job! Scott did the installation and did a wonderful job -- our sliding door opens with ease and looks beautiful! We plan to use them for any roofing needs in the future, as I very much appreciated their precision and professionalism. Special thanks to Kyle and Scott!

After the recent hail storms that have been through the area. We had Skyline out to check out our roof. They were so easy and knowledgeable to work with. I don’t know how they did it, but I recently learned they hired Rob M. to work for them. Rob was the Community Development Director for the City of Beatrice for several years. Rob was outstanding to work with when he was at the city. He was so knowledgeable about building codes and city laws. He helped us (and so many other people) make sure they got projects built to codes, as we did not know those rules. In my opinion, Skyline now has a building code expert on their staff, and overall a great person. It says a lot about Skyline for Rob to go work for their company!

Skyline Construction installed new gutters and downspouts as well as gutter covers. We were impressed with the quick turn around from bid to install as it was just a few days. Their crew arrived on time and were very professional and work was completed in the same day. They did an exceptional job when cleaning up when they finished as I noticed that they reviewed the area three times before leaving to ensure they had cleaned up well. I have had nothing but issues. I had to ask for the first invoice more than once. They left a mess...I messaged Kenny and they still did not pick everything up. I popped a tire on a nail they left. The final straw was giving my address without my permission to a stranger that showed up and walked around my property.

We utilized Skyline after we had 3" hail hit our small town of Nebraska City. We were referred to them by a good friend of ours, and we were MORE than impressed with their efficiency, customer service, and overall responsiveness (I asked a million questions.) Kyle Smith was wonderful and answered every call, text, and question we had. It took just over two weeks from the hail storm to a new roof and gutters. If that's not fast and quality customer service, I don't know what is. Thank you Skyline and Kyle! You'll definitely be our first call next time we have a need.

After the May 1st hail storm, Skyline presented a great presentation on how they were going to restore our roof to better than pre-storm, they beat the start date, and finished fast with a eye appealing installation. They still have to finish the gutters and the windows, and the deck, but I'm sure it will be a five star plus installation!!!! I highly recommend you hire them for your next job!!!!

Not real happy at this point , needed new roof sales rep gave me a list of all that needed to be done came to my house that day had me sign paperwork saying they got the job put signs in my yard than waited for forever it seemed to have someone come and do the job , when job was finished my tenant called and said only the singles were put on no gutters or downspouts and this was all in the paperwork the sales rep had written down .? When I called rep he told me the insurance company only allowed 6 foot of gutter replacement .. again ? I said you told me it all had to be replaced . He then said I can put on the six feet , well why didn't they do this in the first place ? The house is investment property so I live in a different town if you use this company I'd highly recommend watching the progress and dealing with a rep that backs his estimates, this project has been going on since 6/15/22 that's the day the paperwork was signed almost four months and we still aren't done .I called my insurance agent and told them to deal with it ...I'm doneService: Roof repair

This company was initially going to paint, side, and roof my house. The whole process fell apart from the start. I was told lies, I was told dates that were not meet. I was told they couldnt work because of the solar eclipse. I was told they were waiting for roofing materials to be delivered, as I'm looking at them in my driveway. Anthony was never around, I told them I wanted roofers off my roof at 7 because I had a newborn, they were still nailing at 10:30 at night in the dark. It was honestly my worst experience ever working with a contractor. I have told several people to stay away from them. The guys doing the roof did a great job, it's the management that is garbage. In the end I had them install the roof, paid them for that, and told them I was finding someone else for the rest. Absolutely the worst experience.
