Eleven years ago, we had our roof replaced, and we chose White Castle. This last year, with the hail storm in September 2023, we learned there was damage on our roof and gutters. We again reached out to White Castle. Craig Densberger contacted us, and we went over the roof and gutters. The following week, the crew started right at 7:30 AM and completed the roof later in the afternoon. The gutters were installed at a later date. I can no longer climb on ladders and clean out the gutters. It was important to me that we would have the type of gutter guards to keep the maple tree that has helicopters out. Craig understood and worked with us every step of the way. He even called us while he was in Colorado for a conference. We really like our roof, and knowing the gutters will no longer be a hassle is reassurance for us/me. We were very pleased with Craig's service and guidance. We recommend White Castle. They will do what is right for you.

WOW! Where do I start? White Castle Roofing puts the WORK into Work Ethic! From the very start when we met Kristina and Tyler we immediately felt at ease during what was a very stressful situation of learning we needed a new roof immediately! Their no-pressure easy going yet extremely knowledgable and caring demeanor was just what we needed! It feels great to be able to trust the people you're working with! When they say they will be there, they're there! Then they check in with you multiple times to confirm and explain all the details of the entire step-by-step process! AMAZING!When they say they will start the work "first thing in the morning," They mean it! Bill and his team of 7 was on our roof at 7:00am, removing 4 layers of old roof (we didn't know we had), removing and replacing 28 rotten plywood sheets, configuring a safer solution for water and snow runoff for a unique roof intersection we have and installing our BEAUTIFUL NEW ROOF! They were done and gone by 5:00pm! To say we're impressed would be an understatement! WE LOVED THE ENTIRE PROCESS! Can't wait for all new gutters by them in a few weeks after the new roof settles! I had a very awesome experience working with white castle roofing, had to have my roof replaced in 2 months due to changing insurance, in the middle of winter. Tyler from white castle was able to get it done for me the week it warmed up at the end of January and the price was reasonable. Tyler took care of everything for me and communicated well with me through text or email and over the phone. I wish every business or contractor was as easy to work with as they were.

They were very prompt about getting out to our place and looking at the roof, getting me an estimate that was sufficient for my insurance company. Once my ins company gave me permission to move forward, White Castle had a crew out within 10 days. They did very good work on replacing the roof and a terrific job cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend.

Dusty and Kurt at White Castle are amazing and we will be using them for a variety of our roofing needs in the future. They are thorough and even went through the trouble of running a water test on our roof to help us determine where a leak (due to the poor work of a different roofer) was coming from. Great experience with White Castle for a second time. My Agent Jennica made the whole process completely stress free! My roof and skylight were installed in 1 day and they worked with my HVAC guys so they could install new vents. Great experience all around. Would definitely recommend White Castle Roofing.

We had White Castle come out to our house to assess some hail damage. Craig did a great job helping us understand the process with insurance and what kind of damage we were facing. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us when we had questions and even did some repairs to our chimney siding personally when we were on a bit of a timeline with our exterior paint contractor. Great customer service and quality work.

The new insurance company declined coverage for our roof due to age and wear. We had to scramble to get estimates and work done asap. We worked with Craig Densberger at White Castle. He provided a timely inspection and estimate and was able to get the work scheduled to be done the next week. The install and the clean up was done well and all in one day. Care was taken to protect our property and landscaping. There was a very minor mishap to our garage door, which Craig eagerly helped us take care of.We are very happy with Craig and White Castle. Hope we don't need them again anytime soon, but we will use them again when needed.

Our service person was nice, but failed to call us prior to arriving at our house so we were out at another appointment. The website claims that you receive a free quote on a roof repair which is what we were expecting, but the repair person went ahead and did the repair and charged us for the visit without approval, even without inspecting the issue inside. It would be appreciated to be more upfront about the cost upon scheduling a repair. The website is misleading and should be corrected to reflect this.Edit: White Castle reached out to us to rectify the situation. They were courteous and expedient in their communication and we appreciate their customer service.

I had heard good things about White Castle from my realtors, and they did not disappoint. Jennica and the roofing crew were awesome to work with. They did a great job making sure the roof was done right—no corners were cut, and all of my concerns were heard and responded to quickly. Had a 2+ hard rain & had water running inside house. Called Chad at White Castle & came out next day. Showed me pictures of missing shingles & got an estimate together. Supposed to rain again & his crew (Miguel) showed up at that evening & repaired. Repair from start to finish, 2 days! Awesome customer service. Would HIGHLY recommend them.

Josh was very nice and professional. I submitted a request on Sunday and Josh was at our home by noon on Monday to inspect our roof and attic to find the source of a water leak. From start to finish my experience was outstanding. My sales agent Vat was very helpful after our roof was damaged in June storms. Within a week they were out and completed a roof replacement and completed gutter replacement with utmost professionalism. Of note: gutter installers accidentally bumped a piece of siding and cracked a small piece. White Castle immediately took action to repair it and I was very pleased with their communication. From start to finish I was impressed with White Castle roofing. When I first made the call they had somebody come out right away to do an inspection, told me I needed to have my insurance look at it. I got my insurance to look at it had enough hail damage to be replaced. Called White Castle they sent me a salesman. Eric Johannes was the salesman came to me even though he had personal things to try to take care of later in the day. Scheduled a time to come out. They were delayed by a day but were communicative about that. When the crew showed up they got right to work, cleaned as they went, and maintained a professional attitude at all times. Jack Anderson was overseeing the project for me, communicated when we had issues, told me what was going on at all times. After they were done Jack showed up to do one final clean up, the dumpster was gone that day, did a fabulous job of cleanup, and my roof looks fantastic. My mother needed her downspouts replaced after a heavy rain, and called White Castle since they had done the original roof/gutter/downspout installation. Worked with Patrick Rollins to get the situation resolved. We cannot say enough good things about Patrick. His thouroughness, explanation of what he was going to do, customer service, interaction with my mother, kindness, and workmanship was beyond our expectations. Patrick not only repaired the damaged downspout, but checked the other three downspouts to ensure all were working correctly. He really went above and beyond and we cannot be more grateful.
