When it came time to replace my failing heat pump, I compared three estimates from local HVAC contractors and chose to go with Modern Air Conditioning and Heating. Jeremy inspected my roof and attic in addition to the old heat pump, and in doing so caught several issues which needed to be addressed. He included those repairs in the bid, which was competitive with others who had overlooked the roof and attic. His above-and-beyond attention to detail, prompt and thorough communication, and fair pricing sealed the deal for me and I'm really happy with their work!In Boulder City, many homes are one-of-a-kind and require custom solutions. Jeremy provided this with confidence and professionalism, and his crew carried out the installation neatly while leaving hardly a trace of their presence. I reached out to Modern Air for a second opinion after I was told my AC/Furnace unit was no good and needed to be replaced for the sum of $13,800. Spoke with Jeremy over the phone and he was confident it could be repaired after describing our issues. The Next day their tech Jordan came out and repaired our unit Saving us thousands! I Can't thank Modern air enough for their honesty and willing ness to repair our older unit.

Jeremy is amazing, strong technically, and just amazing customer service. Hottest days of the year, family in town for the holiday, and of course the AC started to not cool well. Ran into Jeremy by pure luck and he came by that morning to check the unit and correct the charge for me. He was very knowledgeable and I would recommend his company to everyone! Good rates and great customer service. Jeremy and Modern Air operate with a level of professionalism, honesty, and dedication rarely seen these days. We have never had a better experience with an HVAC company. Jeremy was responsive and quick. After having 3 different companies quit on us or try to upcharge us, he came and repaired our system quickly and professionally. Another company tried to charge us twice what Jeremy charged us, and the other company tried to force us into buying new units. After one of our twenty five year old commercial a/c units bunked out on us, my husband and I did tons of research and got numerous quotes from local businesses.Jeremy gave us a competitive quote (one company quoted us almost 3x what he and a few other companies quoted us) and had a super professional and competent crew. He’s incredibly communicative and answered all of our questions.Today they installed two of our new units on the roof and we couldn't be happier with their work. They got it done in one day and we even had an issue with one thermostat’s wiring (it was an us problem because this thermostat took batteries) and I do believe a lesser person would’ve just left us with the problem but these guys worked through it for an hour and was able to successfully get it installed.We also got wireless smart thermostats and no one else was offering that to us in our package. I would highly recommend this company.
