Wouldn't recommend. Unfortunately it's one of the few places in Mesquite to rent, but still not worth it.If you move in, plan on not getting a cent of your deposit back. That isn't coming from just us, but multiple tenants that moved out told us the same thing. We spent days cleaning after we moved out, the house was spotless, still we lost our entire deposit. Management wasn't in the office 60% of the time during the "scheduled office hours". I called twice to ask about adding a light fixture in one of the rooms (yes.. the rooms don't have light fixtures.) and was yelled at and hung up on the first time saying "she didn't have time for me" the 2nd time I never got a call back for it. They tried to raise our rent significantly as soon as our contract was up, but luckily we were moving and got out of that mess.I could go on for days, but I won't.Nice houses, need better management. I've worked in property management for a long time and know what good and effective management looks like, it's not this.

We are presently living in this community. I have great respect for the management and their policy of; if something breaks, falls apart, doesn't work anymore, it is fixed and made right immediately! That is truly a relief to me as a renter. They are, also, "Johnny-on-the-spot" when it comes to spraying for bugs/pests. Give them a 5 star rating on those two issues.

The maintenance man there is awesome. Always timely, efficient, super nice.
