Dianna is very good at keeping me updated on issues with my property and response times are very good. For example, when our heat pump was going out Dianna had a tech out to the home very quickly and I had five estimates for replacement within a day or two.

Angie has been my property mgr. for 1.5 yrs. Each and every time i need something or have a question, she always contacts me back quickly. If a repair is needed in my unit, she’s always super efficient with getting it taken care of,also if delays occur, she’s promptly updating me. She knows she can contact me later in the evenings, and she does, rather than wait till the next day. She’s trustworthy, takes pride in her job. I’m super grateful I get to work with her.

The AC unit on the business property we rent from ERA started going out. I placed a call to Natalie and she had a repairman out that same day to trouble shoot the AC unit. The unit ended up needing to be replaced. ERA lined up the contractor and had the AC Unit replaced quickly and professionally. ERA was quick, friendly and very pleasant to deal with.

The company hires people but they do not do the proper work, we moved into a home that ERA was showing and renting and come to find out months after requesting repairs on the property they stated that it is uninhabitable for us to live in and we must move asap with NO REIMBURSEMENT besides our deposit. We have lived in the home for 3 months and for those 3 months request had been, neglected we requested for someone to dwell the property for proper evaluation and it was neglected. We are in a pandemic forced to leave with nothing and nowhere to go with very little time .ERA STATED they are not responsible for the poor value to the property. I do not recommend them for ANYONE. They avoid my requests for reports made on the property showing it is uninhabitable and our request was ignored and they tried to turn my power off well I am in the middle of only the 5th day of packing to leave .
