We were here on April 7, 2024, for the 6th Annual Extravaganza, sponsored by Polaris Can-An Honda World in Mesquite Nevada. The day started out with a great free breakfast before we took to the desert for a nice, fun filled “Poker Run” with several hundred UTVs, ATVs, and dirt bikes before ending at the Beaver Dam Lodge. To all the organizers and staff of Polaris World, we wish to thank you for such a wonderful time. Everyone at Polaris World was simply the best and so friendly and helpful. If you are ever in the market for an off-road vehicle, we would highly recommend Polaris Can-Am Honda World, where the service is the best and the prices are fair. Again, kudos to your staff and look forward to next year’s run.

Can’t not say enough good things about these people. I live 45 minutes away in Saint George we have a pretty good size utv dealer (motozoo) here where I live and they were the worst experience I’ve ever had when it comes to purchasing anything. I Called Polaris can-am Honda world in mesquite and they were awesome to work with. Got me into a machine the same day and delivered to my house for free the next day. They have got my business for life and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a new toy. Robbie and Kurt thank you for all the help!

We were in the market for a new Honda Pioneer and decided to stop here to see if we could find something we liked. As soon as we stepped through the doors we were greeted warmly and taken care of. They showed us a Honda Pioneer 1000 and we got to test drive it, we had so much fun we decided to take it home. I had a side-by-side towed to the location and dropped in their parking lot, they never skipped a beat, online communication was a piece of cake, they kept me up to date every step of the way, didn’t gouge me for something. Amazing service from everyone I encountered! Brought in a tire from a bike that needed the bead set since our 12v pump out in the desert wasn’t cutting it. They had it finished before I could even repark my van! Super happy and I’d recommend them any day! Thanks for saving the day and getting us back out riding in less than 10 min!

Super pleasant experience! Details were worked out online as I live in Chandler, AZ and Layfe was extremely responsive and a joy to work with! My 2024 Gold Wing Tour DCT was definitely worth the drive to pick it up! When I got there, everything was ready and waiting! All the paperwork, the bike prepped, and a super quick process with the finance department as I was simply giving them a cashiers check! The challenge was securing it in the enclosed trailer I brought with me but Robbie and Layfe figured it out and the Gold Wing didn't move an inch on my long trip home over some rough highway stretches. So glad I bought it from Polaris Can-Am Honda World!

They will absolutely not reveal “dealer fees” even though the listings say “dealer fees not included”….I’m guessing not until pen to paper time. I asked numerous times what the out the door price would be and each time received a different excuse. Even excuses that contraindicated the excuse before. Must be something worth hiding until the end.They would rather me drive 5 hours to find out the full price and then have a choice to make about just dealing with the fees or going back home another 5 hours empty handed. I’m guessing the fees are very high since they refuse to reveal them.Decided to pass on the “we will do everything to earn your business when you get here” offer.Sure the listing was $1000 off….probably recouped on the secret “dealer fees.”Was able to receive three OTD quotes in Northern Utah within an hour of inquiring.Reply to business reply.Another excuse…..pretty confident you could still tell me freight and set up fees no matter where you are located. Pretty sure you know your TTL as well for your location as well as me being from Utah…….hiding details…..

I have been a customer of Polaris World in Mesquite for several years. Have always been treated well by all the staff, including sales, parts and service. Robby in sales has exceptional product knowledge and been great to work with. Stacey handles the paperwork and does a great job. I would highly recommend that anyone interested in an Atv or Utv to visit their facility. With Polaris, Can Am and Honda under one roof gives the customer a great comparison if unsure of what they want to purchase.

What a great buying experience at PCH World! Of the last 5 or 6 vehicles & toys we’ve purchased it was refreshing to walk into a dealership and actually be greeted by friendly & knowledgeable sales reps. Every single person we met stood up & shook our hands, introduced themselves & made a point to learn our names. We got a fair deal on our new RZR & loved the excitement & energy when they announced our purchase & welcomed us to the PCH family (take a lesson Zion HD!) Kurt - you’re doing something right with your people! Most salesmen these days slink away once the deal is done, but Robbie was there helping right up until he loaded our rig onto our trailer and waved goodbye. Stacey was fast & efficient with our paperwork & when I called later that week because our DMV needed an additional document, she turned it right around in 5 minutes. Unfortunately, we did have some issues with the service techs so can’t give the 5 star review they otherwise deserve. We purchased a few items to be installed before we left that day and for whatever reason they couldn’t get the rear view mirrors installed properly. After fiddling with it for 2 hours we asked them to take the mirrors off & refund that money. We also had a loud rattle in the roof on our first ride & discovered the screws holding the roof on were not tightened down. But all in all a very pleasant buying experience & the best one we’ve had in the last 5 years.

These guys rock. Have you ever been super annoyed by a dealer. One that pester you into coming in and hassles you to answer the most basic of questions?? Not here. 6 messages back and forth and we had a deal. Short trip and a 30 min visit and we were on the way. Gave us a great deal on parts we needed to add and they delivered it for us for free seeing as our trailer was in another state. Can’t say enough about how great this experience was. These are the people you want to give your money to.
