Called TLC and scheduled their technician, Randy, for 2pm.Randy actually arrived a little early…and expertly proceeded to inspect and repair our washing machine in a timely manner!Problem solved! The Lindi Corp had a March special ( no service call charge ) so I asked for a Heat Pump check up. They were very prompt in sending their technician "Brian" in 2 days per my availability. He was very professional and verified that our system was operating correctly both the outside and attic units. Took about 1/2 hour and cost was $89.

I needed a whole house water purification system installed . I called the (W) other water company and they were more concerned about my ability to pay and to make sure someone would be there with money for a service call . We went with Lindi corp instead and now we are very 😔 sad we didnt go with (W) , As of November 1st 2022 the new system is about 4 days old . The ice cubes are cloudy and salty tasting. I still have calcium stains on my sink and in my water dispenser on my refrigerator. Nothing appears to have changed . All that 💰 and nothing's really changed.. Today is November 14th 2022 and we have cloudy ice cubes and super high mineral content in the water still. Waiting for lindi Corp to get back to us. It's been since install.🤔🙄 OK it is not all good I got a response from the Lindy corporation they only took the good things I said they disregarded the negative right now I want to know about my water system that I paid a large amount of money for to be installed and I nor anyone in my family knows how to use this water system. Update as of December 6th 2022. No contact from Lindi corp . No follow up with us on how we are enjoying our new system, questions ect. We had to call the factory that made the products. It's sad. . . Lindi Corp is at the bottom of the list. Today is November 6th 2023 and we still have water issues. Looks like very little change 1 year later. I'm seeing all the good reviews 🤪🤔🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Lindi corp does not want you to see the MANY negative reviews. YES I am very UPSET and Angry now. Whitney water Systems explained everything to me. LINDI. 😡 you have done a bad thing and my quest...is now, to make everything Right, or ......💯🙈🙋 or to display your 🤷 integrity for all to 👀 see. I am around. TODAY IS NOVEMBER 27TH my neighbor has ,,,gone against my review, and they have lindi Corp attempting to fix (anything)🤔🤷🤣🤣 that is wrong. Too many times have they, Lindi Corp on sandhill blvd. MesquiteNevada,failed to do the right thing. Tearing up the driveway. 🙃😬 I hope it turns out ok . TODAY IS FEBRUARY 21ST, my birthday. 🎂 still no response from LINDI CORP ON SANDHILL BLVD IN MESQUITE NEVADA.

Love linde. Great bunch of guys. Had a kitchen faucet installed and a saws all was used to take out a faucet and the granite was chipped. Manager came out and still have not fixed it. Really shows lack of workmanship.

Noted that my AC was out around 4:30 PM; had ambient air but no cooling. Called Lindi and stated they would have someone there within an hour! Technician showed up in less than 30 minutes…WOW! Issue was resolved in less than a hour with AC functioning and cooling the house off.Exceptional service and very professional. Listened to the customer, explained what was done in detail, and ask what more could be done.Great job Michael

They were great. I had two appointments today. One to do preventative maintenance on my air conditioner and one to clean out my dryer vent. Both technicians were on time and very pleasant to work with. When they cleaned out my dryer vent they found the builder had bent the tin so bad really no air was going through it. He fixed it and I'm so glad I had them come out.

Terrific job right away fixed plumbing leak in bathtub, reasonable and great service. Had them once before for kitchen leak and definitely called them back on this one. Next project is for them to see why my kitchen stove burners don't work. Don't hesitate to call them.

Fast service. Tech took one look at our stained water heater and recommended replacement. Service completed within 3 hours. Have had extremely good customer service with Lindi Corp and would recommend to anyone with your plumbing needs.

Had a major plumbing issue, Lindi was able to squeeze me onto the schedule and have me taken care of in a little over one day. Ethan and Chris did great work despite the antiquated design of my plumbing, kept things tidy, and got my problem solved for significantly less money than I was planning on it costing. Same company also did a fix on my fridge a few months back, did great work then too. Really solid company!

I asked to have our water heater replaced after our neighbor's unit - same age as ours - died in the night.Chris was clean, quick, and efficient. Asked him to do our Reverse-Osmosis annual at the same time. Once again, quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I wiil keep their contact in my phone!Five Stars!

UPDATE: John came and met with us. Agreed the job was overpriced and gave us a credit towards another job in the future. Also offered to update our water softner to new standard/requirements which were not required previously; he will do it as a courtesy...no charge. Appreciate the desire to make things right. Was very disappointed. Overcharged for a 15 minute fix. Was told it would be less expensive to just bypass problem area and install further up the pipe. Very easy...probably could have done it myself if I had thought of it. Went to office, was told Gen. Mgr. would call me...no call. $289 cost for $20 part and $20 trip fee. At least $200 for his knowledge/labor. Should be ashamed. Won't recommend. Will use some other company in future.

Came on time. Was thorough and quickly diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately the part was no longer available so he was unable to fix the washing machine and we had to buy a new one. Gave this one less reading, not because of the service, but because of the hygiene of the tech that came. It was not appealing. But he was extremely friendly and explained everything.

Had a Tech from Lindi out for an annual HVAC check up. The Tech called, confirmed the appt and asked if he could com earlier. When he got there he went right to work, finished quickly, cleaned up and was gone having done his job and confirming the status of my unit. I’ve used Lindi a few times since moving to Mesquite and have always found them very reliable.

Waking up on a Saturday with cool air coming out the vents, during a very below average temperature for us, was not fun. Called Lindi and they sent someone within an hour. Very professional , respectful and kind young man. He walked me thru each and every step diagnosing the problem. He did an override with one of the boards and thought we’d get by til Monday when we could get the part. Sunday it had the same problem. Another tech came on Sunday with the same professional respectful and kind attitude. Lindi called 1st thing Monday to let me know the status of the problem. They came back Tuesday and double checked everything and ordered the part. It was installed on Thursday. Very appreciative of Lindi and their excellent techs. I will always call them for issues.

The job was definitely trickier than expected, but Chris diagnosed and repaired/replaced the multiple problems (roots, flange, etc.) without any issue at all. And all done in just two hours. I had a terrible experience. I paid for service but they came out and told me to buy a new unit. They didn’t even service or clean it. I asked for a manager and never did speak to one even though they kept showing up at my door and bothering my family. Super pushy and they were thousands of dollars more than other quotes I received. I asked for a refund but they instead cashed my check and never called me. Pictures are after service (that they clearly did not do)

Came out the same day I called. They weren't mad I didn't know where the water shutoff was and was able to shut it off at the street - cool! Mark was able to fix my problem (broken hose bib) quickly and told me everything he was going to do so that the price wasnt a huge shocker. In and out within an hour and the hose bib looks great and best of all my backyard isn't flooded anymore :)

Two technicians showed up on time. Both were very polite and courteous. They performed the PM efficiently and provided detailed feedback on the current condition of our HVAC system. They also assisted with an emergency water issue discovered by plumber from Lindi Corp who was doing prep work for our bathrooms for new countertops/sinks/faucets. Great team effort.

Water heater blew late at night. Called Lindi and they were at our home with a new one by noon the next day. Service man even helped us put a heavy fridge back in place. Everyone from Lindi was helpful, polite and responsive. Can't ask for more than that.
