I had water damage from the upstairs bath to my 1st floor bathroom ceiling, walls, and baseboards. My insurance recommended 911 Restoration of Las Vegas. Tanner was my assigned project manager and walked me through the process. They built a containment around the affected areas and utilized negative pressure air filters/scrubbers while removing the damaged wood/dry wall. They sanitized and cleaned as we continued living in our home, hardly disturbing our routine. They had a 3rd party mold clearance testing performed and we felt confident things were handled appropriately. They completed the job prior to any insurance determination; however, Spencer(the owner)did not pressure any payment. They recommended a plumber to provide a better assessment of the source of water and ensure complete repair prior to reconstruction. I highly recommend 911 Restoration and would definitely use them again if necessary.

My experience with 911 Restoration....Spencer himself was the first to show up to take a look at the situation and assess what needed to be done. He was very professional and very kind and empathetic to what had happened in my home. My water heater burst in the middle of the night, as soon as they were contacted they were on the scene. Once Spencer had determined what needed to be done, his team immediately came to my home, followed his instructions always checking to make sure I was comfortable. They kept me informed every step of the way. They also made sure to let me know what the next step was and offered any type of assistance. These guys are truly knowledgeable.I am currently disabled, using a wheelchair and sometimes a walker. The guys were more than kind and even brought me coffee one morning.😊They went above and beyond to do the job with the least amount of interference in my normal daily life. I will forever be appreciative of the job they have done and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has any type of problem they provide services for. We had a water leak on the garage ceiling and Vlad came out quickly to assess the situation. He scheduled for a part of the interior wall to be accessed and an assessment of the area to be done on the laundry room 2nd floor. It was determined our shower valve was leaking. We had our shower valve replaced through a different vendor recommended by Vlad. Once that was complete, Vlad got his guys back out quickly to complete the water remediation. The process was very smooth from start to finish. They were also able to install 3 fans and dehydrators to make sure the water dries up. His crews are very efficient and professional. It took them 3 days but they were fast and always on time. We had a very good experience with this company, he even refer us to a good drywall service from another vendor. Plus, he documented everything and send us a detailed report so we can deal with our insurance. We highly recommend them, and thank you again to Vlad and his crew!

I was out of town and a fitting failed in my laundry room. My niece was at work. Entire house flooded with water running down sidewalk under front door. Christmas Eve (holiday of course). Called 911 Restoration recommended by my neighbor. Spencer had his crew there the following day. Dewatered and dried out in three days. No mold evident. Phenomenal company. Came home from a 3 week work trip on a Friday night to find the bathroom flooded, ceiling damage downstairs, and mold in the closet. Spencer’s crews were already working 2 sites and couldn’t make it that night so we called around to other places but it would’ve costed an arm and a leg to get anyone else out and frankly everyone else’s customer service sucked so we decided to wait it out for 911 restoration. Well worth it.Spencer’s crew came first thing Saturday morning. They were efficient, competent, and responsive throughout the entire process. They bill insurance direct so it’s as pain free as it gets and you don’t need to pay anything upfront. These guys are AMAZING! We had a pipe break and flood our upstairs, and our downstairs, at 3am. I called and they were here in 30 minutes. They cleaned everything up and had my home completely dried. They make everything easy, they work with your insurance. Not to mention reasonably priced. I can not recommend them enough. Tanner and his team were hard working, professional, and polite. I called 911 restoration when my water heater broke and flooded the whole 1st floor of my house. Spencer and Tanner arrived at the house within an hour after getting off the phone with them. They inspected and came up with a game plan for how they would dry my house. They dried everything that could be dried and removed any of the damaged flooring that was beyond repair. They were very professional and punctual and I would highly recommend their services any time!

After accidentally leaving the sink on for over 6 hours, our entire bathroom flooded. Water spread throughout our bedroom, closet, and down the hallway. Afraid to leave things wet for too long, we called 911 restoration and they answered immediately, scheduling us in same day. As soon as they arrived they got started and within 3 days they had completely dried the water from the walls, cabinets, floor, etc. We received a full detailed report of their work from beginning to end which was great. They arrived daily to check on the progress and move their fans/equipment around. Very professional and great customer service. Would recommend to anyone!

I had mold growing from an old leak in the water heater. Called Spencer up in the afternoon and he was able to show up for an assessment and quote the following day. Even better, he was able to get to work removing the mold the following day! I had high hopes based on their professionalism, but I was even more pleased with the quality of the work than expected. I'll definitely call these guys again for any water damage or mold problems.

Water heater broke and flooded two rooms. They were to my house within 30 minutes!! Tanner, Spencer and Zander were nothing but professional, informative, thorough and kind! Day 2 I had more water coming out of the walls, called Tanner and he explained everything and even offered to come back to my house, even though he’d left my house just a couple hours before. Broken water heater + water damage = frustration! 911 Restoration made it as painless as possible!!! Hope I don’t need to use them again, but they’ll be my go-to from here on out, and for any of my friends/family!!

Had a small water leak that flooded the laundry room and seeped through the floor and into the garage. I immediately jumped to the worst case scenario but Spencer assured me it probably wasn't a big deal. He came by and gave me an estimate. Then when him and his team came by the made quick work of removing the damaged areas. Fortunately, there was no mold and they were in and out in about an hour. The bill was even lower than what the estimate said! Great guys. Highly recommend.

A few weeks ago I was rinsing some things in my (second floor) laundry room sink and neglected to shut the faucet off all the way. I discovered it nearly an hour later after walking upstairs and noticing that the hallway carpet was soaked. Instantly I panicked. Shut the water off, grabbed every cloth object in the house that could soak up water and yelled for my husband to call someone. Meanwhile water is pouring through the light fixtures and heating duct in my kitchen.. all over my laptop and kitchen appliances.We have never needed water restoration services, so we just called the first number that came up in our Google search. Spencer answered within a few rings and said that he and his associate would be at my house (Southern Highlands) within 40 minutes. Once they arrived, they took the history and began taking FLIR readings on my ceiling of where water had reached. They stayed a few hours, tearing out drywall, baseboards, toe kicks and pulling up carpet as needed to get my home as dry as possible as quickly as possible. They left a number of large fans for almost five days and returned daily to check progress of drying. Each day they arrived at the time they said they would and their checks were thorough; running FLIR readings in each and every spot the water touched. Because of their rapid response and attentiveness to the potential areas affected, they managed to save nearly 20 feet of drywall over a main support beam in my living/kitchen area that was wet but dried well in response to the fans. All of our water damage ended up being cosmetic thanks to their swift intervention.The money we spent on their services was minute compared to the damage that could have occurred if they hadn't come as quickly as they had. I've saved their number, and while I hope I never need it again, I know who to call. My husband, who is very hard to impress, was very pleased with 911 Restoration. These guys are top-notch and deserve nothing less than five stars.

I found a leak in my ceiling due to a water drain due a washer drain issue. I called 911 Restoration and they showed up in less than an hour. They showed me where the water damage was and the cause and gave me peace of mind as it was late at night and I was just about fly out for a work trip the next day and I was worried my ceiling would have caved in while I was gone. Luckily the water damage was not as bad as I was expecting! The guys that showed up were nice, knowledgeable, and thorough. They also let me know of options on how to go about getting the cause fixed (contacting homebuilder since my house was under warranty).

I called 911 restoration due to a odor condition (Cigarette smoke from previous owner). This company was excellent to deal with, they responded right away and set up an free appointment to take a look at my issue. I had called other companies and they instantly were trying to sell me products I did not need without offering to come see the property.911 restoration was very honest upfront providing many options from least invasive to more in depth prior to visit. They showed up on time and were a pleasure to deal with. In my case, the issue was so minor they provided solutions I could take. I like that even though the issue was minor and they would not need to service the property that they did not try to sell me anything. I called 911 restoration after walking into inches of water flooding my whole first floor and water raining from the ceiling. Spencer and the crew made it to my house in a timely fashion. They mitigated any further damage and took the necessary steps to start the drying process. Unfortunately, the lower kitchen cabinets had to be taken out but 911 was able to save all the face plates saving me lots of time and money.
