I’ve had the bad luck of being involved in 5 water leak events at my home and my in laws condo. But I’ve had the GOOD luck of having connected with Belfor for these mitigation and construction events. From a small event to a leak affecting my entire downstairs requiring moving out of our home, the Belfor team has provided a solid team of remediation techs, back office personnel / schedulers, and also construction people. They’ve always had plenty of fans, air scrubbers, and dehumidifiers for any size job. And if I needed clarification on the repair strategy, air quality testing, etc I received timely replies. I highly recommend this company.

I have nothing bad to say about this company. Their professionalism and responsiveness were impressive. Angela, Jason and Felix all worked with me and my Insur company to complete repairs due to water damage from water heater. And then to add another problem to the mix, my AC system had to be replaced in the middle of these repairs. No problem, they also coordinated with my AC company, Black Mountain Air. The communication in itself was nothing short of amazing. And the work was done to perfection. It looks better than it did before the water damage. Amazing customer service. Thank you Belfor!

Do not use, ever! First, they can’t give you a schedule, we say with our garage torn apart for months while they said we were waiting on permits. When I finally reached out to the city, they said they just applied for the permit the week prior. They would randomly call and say, “we are coming tomorrow “ as if everyone is just sitting home waiting for them for weeks. When they did get going, they tried to leave things out, give you cheaper things than you paid for, change their quoted prices and on top of that, they did terrible work. Had no idea how to hang over garage shelving and the worst epoxy floor I’ve ever seen. It chips away if I wipe it, it’s tough and sloppy. Stay far away from this company!*to update based on your response so everyone understands what you are getting into: this is exactly the type of run-around response to expect and not true! Our insurance company was amazing and quick, as a matter of fact had to push you to get the proposal right to approve - you wanted to clean doors, garage door, hot water heater and they wanted them replaced, had to ask many times to change it and add cleaning of vents. Once approved, you quickly came out to get the check endorsed & drop a dumpster to demo on Halloween - demolished the garage and there it sat, for months. Wasn’t done until St. Patricks day. We finally had to tell you to ignore and forget about adding a simple water line for a fridge & plumbing for a sink next to the hot water heater because the belief that it would be easier while all the walls were open was thrown out the window when you quoted many thousands of $’s. We will just handle it ourselves later but not until after you used it as an excuse for a month. I had to chase you down to give you paint colors and as for the over the garage shelving, if you didn’t know how to install it they way it was when you demoed it, you should have found someone that could or taken pictures! I had a handyman in here for 5 minutes to tell me why they were incorrect and now have to do it on my own money! The final straw and why I wrote this review is that in addition to flecks coming off when I sweep the brand new epoxy floor, the whole thing is so rough that it shredded the swiffer pad when I try to clean it. To get it fixed would be to take everything out of the garage, again, to put a smooth coat on top.

Francisco (Javier) and Belfor did a excellent job rebuild my condo after fire destroyed almost everything with only exterior walls left. This was a massive and complex restoration project and they finished exceeding my expectations. They are very professional and knowledgeable in what they are doing and did a great quality job in every step of the rebuild. They genuinely care about their customers and customer service is exceptional. Communicating to Francisco or calling to office to talk to Carolina or Alexia always get my questions answered or my concerns resolved. Thank you all!

Francisco and his team did an amazing job after an accidental flood in our brand new home from a sink. We were originally quoted 4-6 months by multiple restoration companies but they completed the job in 7 weeks. Although they are such a large company it felt like we were their only customers. Very grateful for them during such a stressful time in our lives.

Belfor just completed restoration from flooding damage to most rooms in my house. Roberto Santoyo was assigned to the project. I can't say enough good things about him. I finally found a person more particular than me. His is an artist, craftsman and perfectionist. He took the time necessary to make it as near perfect as is humanly possible. The drywall repair, retexturing, painting and baseboard painting/installation were done to perfection. There were some abnormal tricky situations but he found ways to solve them. He was friendly, informative, upbeat, and a pleasure to have around. Belfor employee James Deschaine was always on time and did the work in a timely manner. He always announced when he was done with work and always communicated when he needed to go leave to get items. Once he finished, he even went ahead and put items back that he had taken down in order to do the work and cleaned up any mess left over. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with his work. Would definitely recommend this business to friends and family based on how open the communication was with Dalis Boehm and how well the staff worked.

We do not even know where to start. On June 16, 2021, we received a dreadful call that our sister/sister-in-law in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina had passed away. The estimated date of her death was May 29, 2021. We live in Las Vegas and we didn’t even know where to start. We had no keys, were hundreds of miles away, and had no idea who to call. We were recommended to Belfor by a friend and placed a call to them. Patricia answered the phone and was able to get the ball rolling immediately. After the locks were changed on her home, Belfor went in with Mike Millen at the helm.The job that they did was outstanding and we were able to enter into the home within 10 days of the notification of her death.We stopped by the Belfor location in Myrtle Beach to find that the staff was in a meeting; however, Patricia came out, followed by Mike. It was so comforting to us to put a face with the names of the people we had dealt with during the past 10 days.The exceptional customer service, compassion and kindness went above and beyond what our expectations of a restoration company would be like. The condolences that Patricia and Mike expressed both calmed and reassured us and they should both be commended and applauded for the way they handled the most devastating situation we have ever faced.We are eternally grateful…Terry & Doreen D
