We woke to water standing in the hallway, bathroom and laundry. Turned out to be the water heater. 911 Restoration was called and they responded quickly. All the people were professional, efficient and knowledgeable about helping to dry out the house. I was informed about what was to happen and even though it took over two weeks of fans, etc, I highly recommend them.

We sustained heavy damage from snow and ice dams in the winter of 2022-2023. Water in the walls and all over the floors from 4 feet of snow and ice dams on the roof, rendering useless the master bedroom, master bathroom, dining room, kitchen, and family room. Walls, ceilings, floors, kitchen cabinets, bathtub and shower had to be all torn out. The original restoration company we called in (who shall remain nameless here) spent 2-3 weeks remediating the damage. Unbeknownst to us, they left portions of the attic and crawlspace untreated. Next the contractor came in and spent 5 months replacing the walls, floors, ceilings,, kitchen cabinets, bathtub and shower etc. After the house was almost finished, an inspector found the untreated portions in the attic and the crawl space beneath the house. The original restoration company wanted another $20,000 to fix what they had missed. That's when we called in 911 Restoration. Chris was awesome, he worked with the insurance company to get this problem taken care of. The crew came in and redid the entire job from scratch. They were meticulous and efficient. By the end of the job, the attic and the crawlspace were so clean you could almost eat off it! When the inspector returned to check out the restoration, he was amazed at the great job 911 Restoration did. Thank you, guys, you rock!

I called 911 Restoration to remediate some damage caused by rodents in a very difficult to access space. Sam showed up and popped under the house and told me that they would be able to help. This came after multiple other contractors and remediation companies said that there was no way and that they would have to rip up my floors to clean the space.Sam reassured me that they would be willing to try (which was more than any other company was willing to do). A week later, Sam and Speedy showed up and were able to completely clean and sanitize an extremely tight area underneath my house. After cleaning, they installed new insulation and completely remediated the issue.Sam always picked up his phone and communicated to me throughout the process. I was never left in the dark and always felt "in-the-loop." I am super grateful to the whole team at 911 who made it happen when no other company could. Due to the nature of their work, I hope I will never have to call them again but if I ever need any sort of restoration or remediation work I will not hesitate to call these guys.tldr: Sam, Speedy, and Anthony showed up on time, communicated well, and did the work that no other restoration company could.

911 came to my rescue after we found mold in my laundry room. They were very responsive and walked me through the process. They checked in almost daily and hats off to the technician named Jaime. He was incredible with the clean up of the mold and then put my garage back together cleaner than he found it. Covered my washer and dryer. Really great customer service. This was a really good experience. We had a difficult time getting the clearances due to the open areas that were very hard to seal up which in turn made the clearances take a couple times. However, 911 came through and made several trips out to obtain the goal of no mold. They were very responsive and we never had an issue with communication. They worked hard from 9 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon several times even skipping lunch. I cant say enough about JT. He was at our Beckon call every day. Constantly making sure we knew what was happening and what to expect. Our kitchen was damaged with water from a failed rerverse osmosis unit. Within 30 minutes of my call to 911 Restoration, Brandon was at our door, immediately assessing our situation and calmly offering next step suggestions. He spoke with insurance claims to explain his assessment and brought his team, Francisco and Brian, in to pack up our kitchen, demolish our damaged cabinets, walls, and floor. Black mold was everywhere. They built a very sturdy containment wall and started air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, and fans in the contained area and crawlspace where water had seeped. They all explained every step of the process and kept us informed at the end of each day when to expect them the following day. They were both professional and caring. So much so that our 3 year old grandson announced that he "loved Brandon, Francisco, and Brian". Every day for twenty-three days someone from 911 was here if only to check on the equipment and the wall. In addition to the outstanding service, we received sound advice. We most highly recommend 911 Restoration to anyone who has a loss such as ours.

We found a foot of water under our house the night before leaving on a 10 day trip. Ronnie and his team came over immediately and took charge getting everything squared away, they even helped us with finding an hvac company that would come out quickly and also dealt with our insurance company. I surprisingly didn't stress as much as I expected dealing with such a disaster from across the country. Ronnie did a great job communicating with us and giving us daily updates.
