Blue raven solar panel installers came out. It was hot. They were on my roof during the hottest part of the day. Not one complaint, four men. They were efficient, professional, cleaned up everything after installation. They were very knowledgeable and educated me along the way.

We had our solar panels installed on our roof today by Blue Raven and the workers, Quinn and Tyler were great. They worked hard to get the install done even though there were some problems with the missing plans that turned out to be our fault. They were polite and friendly and professional and we are very pleased with the neat job they did even while having to doge the thunder storms over two days. They did a fantastic job of cleanup.

The system installation team, I believe it was Reno 3, was great. 1 day, 29 panels installed alongside all electrical work. The electrician on the team was especially helpful & friendly. The results look great & they were all very friendly & professional.

There was a hiccup where a severe winter storm delayed installation, but the installation team went out of their way to get it done as soon as possible when it was safe and clear to do so. On April 24th, 2023, the "Reno 3" Blue Raven Solar Installation Team led by Quin came to install my new solar system. The crew arrived early and prepared. Quin surveyed the site and shared the steps that would be taken to complete the installation.Everything went as planned and the work was completed in a professional manner. Quin was eager to show me the work as it was being performed and answer any questions. When the crew left, I was comfortable that the job was done correctly. Bret & his team which included Jonathon & one more person, I’m bad can’t remember his name sorry, completed the work in a timely manner. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and unloaded & set up the solar system quickly without damaging any of the equipment. The work was completed as promised, one day. After the work was completed along with clean up the fun started: my education. The team was knowledgeable & answered all my questions and explained that if I had additional questions to contact the company. My experience with the Blue Raven Solar team was exceptional. They were quick with the installation. Answered question when asked. They delivered the panels when no one was at home so they placed them where they blocked part of our garage door. We were still able to use the garage but had to be extra careful driving in and out. They were very careful around some new roses we had just planted.

Installation crew arrive on time and well equipt to do the install, staff had quality safety equipment and tools. Staff were helpful and friendly. They took every scrap of debris and left my yard neat as they found it. Electrican was great, he took the tuime to improive the install, minimized disruptions in the house and did a quality job. Staff were very concerned about safety and acted a a team to get the install done in a timely manner.

Very cool, and professional group of installers! 2 and a half hours from start to finish for 9 panels on my roof and a walkthrough of the system. It can be a bit noisy with the hammering, so give your favorite neighbors a heads up! Customer service was a pleasant experience as well. I have clear instructions on what to expect from here. I can hardly wait to operate once Nv energy and the city inspection is complete. Thanks again Blue Raven!

Very fast and efficient installation on my house. The crew was very knowledgeable on what to do. My only thing is that management should be letting know the crew every decision that they make including the rescheduling times. I felt there was disconnect because I was told afternoon then it became morning. Just improve your guys communications to each other. Overall thank you for such amazing fast job.

In general the installation went well. Two minor problems I encountered: No member of the installation team told me why the removed two roof tiles and left them on my patio. A member of the team left a tool on the side of my house. I had to call support to ask about the tiles and let them know about the tool after the installation was complete. More communication with the team during the installation would be a positive change.

I will be honest I was apprehensive with this process from the get-go. However, it worked out well. The sales rep Alex was great and got us a good rate for the roof and solar panels and did not try to upsell us on anything. The process was fairly clear, the roof and solar were both done in a timely manner, and shofar everything runs great.

Will, my account representative, came out to my house the same day that I contacted him and solved my problem. My appointment was supposed to be in the afternoon but they knocked on my door around 7am to see if they could start in the cool morning rather than the late hot afternoon. Oh well, they're here now so go ahead and start.Overall, they were very efficient and worked as a team to get everything mounted and installed. They were done in about 5 hours. Two of the panels were not working so they had to come back with another mini inverter to replace the defective one. I didn't know they fixed it on the following Tuesday till I looked at my app and found all the panels working.Overall, it was quick and simple. The team leader shared with me all the information I needed to know and was happy to know that I have solar panels that are producing electricity.They are a little bit on the expensive side so keep shopping if you want to save money.
