I would never do business with them again. They did not order the product correctly, then tried to blame me and say it should never be ordered that way (I.e. I am dumb for even suggesting it), even though I was told otherwise, when ordering. During install there were several issues with the product and I was told by the installer (particularly the blonde guy with disco glasses) “that’s just the way it is” even though clearly it was not given that the issue did not exist in other parts of the installation. In addition, there was an obvious issue with how the final product looked, and I pointed out the issue by showing photos and a video from the manufacturer of the product, and was told by the same installer, “that’s the way it is, can’t be done any other way”. After attempting to resolve the issue with their customer service, the same guys came out and did nothing to fix the issues. The manufacturer also confirmed that the issues should not have occurred. I gave up and went to a local hardware store and (mostly) fixed the issues after several hours of my time was wasted.

Craig came over to our home and helped us solve some issues we were having with our blinds. We went with Hunter Douglas Blinds and they are beautiful. The functionality is awesome and we are really impressed with the manufacturer’s warranty program. The Installation portion of the project was a nice experience. Cameron and Morgan were great to work with and very helpful. I recommend Horizon to anyone, they will treat you right.

Oh these guys get 5 stars. Definitely. Lots of decisions went to buying our first home. Some good and some bad. One of the best decisions we made was going with Craig and his team at Horizon Window Fashions in Reno. We had quotes from various providers. Horizon offered the best product (Hunter Douglas) at the best price. How does that happen? On top of that, the entire team is a breeze to work with. Can't remember the last time I wrote a Google Review-- but given the costs that can go to blinds/shutters, I felt it important to tell ya'll about this gem.
