As with any construction project there are quirks along the way. Things were handled very well by James and John. Electric fireplace installed in a floor to ceiling stone wall came out just beautiful.

I did some work for the owner. I have also helped this guy out and have referred several clients to him. They had a hard time even getting him to bid the job, etc. To be honest, you can get a better job done at any of the larger local landscaping companies. Owner doesn't live up to his word, and is flakier than pie crust, so if your looking for employment, I'd also look elsewhere.

James and his team did very nice work from detailed planning with a landscape architect, to carrying out a large landscape job from the ground up over a period of months, including a significant amount of pavers, maintaining drainage, sod, waterfall, and outdoor living area. The yard looks great! Crews were on site regularly. I was always kept apprised of the schedule. James was always available for questions and concerns.

We have excellent experience with ICG construction. I have contacted multiple construction companies to give us an estimate for our house project (It was a mid size project required splitting the master bedroom, building a wall, adding two doors and changing the location of the fire place) This was not a very complicated house project but was not a simple one either) Out of companies I had contacted, couple of them didn’t even bother to send an estimate, ICG construction was the most responsible and the best communicating company from the quotation stage to the final build.They scheduled our project in timely manner and they always showed up on time and worked on the project without delays although it coincided with the holiday season.I especially like to praise Brian and Adam. They were extremely kind, responsible and communicating timely manner. After demolishing walls, they thoroughly cleaned the area, they took care of extending the gas pipeline, moving electrical outlets, installing a gas fireplace with a fan, building doors, trims, texturing wall and installing the crown molding.They are a talented crew and can take care of variety of construction tasks. And they are also reasonably priced for the work they do.I highly recommend ICG construction for any size house construction projects.

I cannot say enough positive things about ICG. They did an outstanding job on a 2 story 800 square feet addition. Oscar, Shannon and the drywall crew were very professional and obviously took pride in their work. They always kept me up to date on what was going on and communication was great. Don’t waste your time with other contractors who will ignore you. I highly recommend them and several of my friends have already contracted with them. They are very trustworthy and everybody that worked on my house was friendly.

Well either this is an excellent company with a ton of business or the most unprofessional company on the planet! I was scheduled for an estimate twice, 15 minutes before the first appointment the guy called and told me that his wife had been in the hospital and that he had been really busy with the children so he wasn't going to be able to make the appointment. No worries, I'm fair and unforeseen occurrences can happen to anyone so I rescheduled. This time, the guy texted me the early on the morning of the appointment to confirm it. I'm thinking, great he's actually going to show up today! Feeling relieved that I had not taken yet more time off from work for a missed appointment. However, exactly 10 minutes before the appointment, he didn't even bother to call but had his secretary contact me instead saying that he was just so busy and he wasn't going to be able to make it. I immediately decided that it wasn't worth it and I should find another company. Just beware if you have these issues before the start the project then how much more issues you'll have during the project!!! This is just poor work ethic and low level customer service! If I could give no stars then I would.RESPONSE to Company's reply:That is my REAL name. Sad that you can't even get that right--smh Again, just another example of poor customer service!I NEVER hung up on you. It seems that you are trying to "save face" in light of my review but it's not working! NO ONE EVER called me back which didn't matter because I had no plans on using such an unresponsive, unprofessional company.I've heard MORE from your company rebutting this review than I could ever get when I was trying to throw some money your way. Very sad!

Robert signed two contracts to do our roof, painting, new furnace and water heater. Two days before the work was to be started, he sent an email saying he was not going to do the work, because, “the job was underbid” we had to stay in a hotel for two months because he kept putting off bidding and signing the contract. NOW, because the work won’t be completed in 30 days, our insurance company is going to cancel our policy. Our policy was written with the contingency that the work would be started within 30 days of us closing on the house. Steer clear of this company. You’ll wait to even get a bid, and, if you’re lucky, they may do the work! The office secretary wrote one of the reviews on here. Because the company can delete reviews here, I’ve also posted on yelp! I noticed Mandie posted how wonderful it is to work there right after I posted this. I’m sure to bring the stars up. We’ve called the board of contractors, and ICG is now on their radar. I may or may not sue them, I haven’t decided yet. Depends on what happens in the next few weeks. UPDATE, got an email from Mandie from ICG. She said they would do the painting, ONLY IF, I took down my reviews from Google, yelp and Facebook.

Robert and his crew did a fantastic job turning an old dilapidated broken up cement pad and asphalt driveway to an absolutely gorgeous driveway of pavers. We have gotten comps from our neighbors on how wonderful it looks. These guys deserve 10 stars. Wish I was tech enough to post a pic.
