Had gutters installed in October 2020. Rained a few weeks later no issues. Rained again in late April and I noticed water leaking in-between the gutters and the house. Called Mr Gutter on a Wednesday and reported the issue. A week later I received a text on Tuesday morning told that someone came by to look at the gutters and said a roofer was needed to install flashing.Two problems here that I know of. Number one why when the gutters were installed did no one tell me about needing flashing, thinking back them not testing the gutters with a hose might have been a clue. The place where the gutters is leaking in the backyard behind a locked gate. Number two no one called to tell me they were coming by and my property camera doesn't show anyone showing up over the last week. I'd wager no one came by and they're guessing at what the issue is and to save time sent a text.Update after having a roofer come out, I was quoted $1500 to add the necessary edging to the roof so water would not leak behind the gutters.They said the amount was so high because gutters were already in place and they would have to work around them. Again Mr Gutter said nothing before installing the system, if they had I could've had the roof prepped first then had gutters installed. Shady business tactics from Mr. Gutter who got their money and screw the customer if they have to pay extra for someone finish the job.

My experience was very positive. Perri was prompt in return calls showed up when scheduled..very good gutter install..he came up with some solutions to the waterrun off from off my roof freezing on sidewalk and made it safe.

When our gutters were installed they seemed to work fine. A little over a year and a portion of the job is faulty. The gentleman, Perry phoned me and was absolutely rude telling me to phone a contractor because “it’s not his problem” didn’t even come out to look. I’ll never use or refer this company to anyone. If you can’t take the time to come out and speak with the consumer or even look at the faulty gutter then why be in business? It’s a shame people don’t back their products or workmanship.

We just had gutters installed out front, I loved being able to choose our color and that we got to discuss how the layout was going to go.Great communication, meticulous craftsmanship!We had work done that affected one down spout and asked for help to correct it. He was happy to help and WOW the finished project is beautiful!

I put an addition on the home and I just had Perri and his crew come out and do our gutters. I had received two other bids that were very much more expensive. All the gentlemen were busy and polite. They answered all my questions and did a superb job. The job was completed quickly. I highly recommend Perri at Mr. Gutter.

Called them up to get a free estimate for rain gutters. The person I spoke with set up a time and date. So when that date came they were a no show. No call telling me they would not be able to make it or no call telling me they were running late. They were just a complete no show. Certainly no way to run a business.

Buyer beware!The gutter installation was improperly done in the rear deck area where the water would pool in the corner connection point. This was observed after a full season and on clean gutters with clear drain spouts.After making excuses: "this is normal", "the spout may be clogged", "we can't add a down spout here", etc. he attempted to make adjustments.To our horror, he attached the gutter to the fascia board. It now looked poorly installed like an amateur job. Once realizing his mistake, he now decided "your house is crooked". We brought out a level tool to confirm that the house was indeed not crooked.To salvage the damage, we requested he simply "put it back" and that we would live with the drain problem. He reluctantly agreed but after climbing the ladder and pulling some of the nails out, he realized more work would be needed to correct his mistake. He declared "I'm tired of dealing with you guys. This is where it is going to stay". He nailed it back slightly higher but still severely crooked.As he was leaving, he proceeded to tell his co-worker that we were "incompetent" in a loud enough voice for me to hear.A truly disappointing and frustrating experience I hope no one will ever have to go through.

Just completed new gutter work on own home in Carson. Superb service, best pricing, neat and clean, flexible in handling the job, courteous and respectful, overall A+. Perry even handled a minor adjustment the following day and added additional service at no extra charge. Thank you, Mr. Gutter.

The supposed owner, or field manager of the company came out 2 summers ago (2016) and put a gutter on one side of our house that desperately needed it. Unfortunately, due to the heavy snowfall the gutter ended up failing and getting destroyed. Not exactly Mr. Gutters fault, other than possibly the flimsy materials used or the way it was hung.. Not sure about either of those as the culprit though. However when I called him back the next spring to come out and take a look at it, he would never return my phone calls. I went back through my phone log and found that in the past year and a half, I have called and left messages 18 times. NEVER once have I received a call back!! Don't waste your time or $$$ on this company and lives if you, don't expect them to come back if you have a problem .They will simply take your money and run!!! BEWARE!!
